I do think Jalen should keep taking 3s and midranges. All 3 levels of scoring is what keeps him as the threat he’s perceived to be. He needs to work on all 3 this offseason but I don’t think his potential is just driving and passing. He’s more like Tmac, scorer first with passing ability to make plays but he’s not a point guard type shooting guard like harden. So he can bring the ball and play make when needed but he needs the jumper and scoring mentality plus defense to get him to where we need him to be

He did change his shot though last offseason though, which isn’t always an immediate transition. Plus the issues with his personal life that we found out during this season, and the culture from the previous regime I don’t know how much this last offseason really benefited him. I think this will be the one where we really need him to lock in during the offseason and work on his craft and not get distracted by things like fashion week. A lot of players of his archetype also don’t really develop their 3 until the 4th year or so from what I’ve seen. He’s shown that he can hit it at high clip at times and I think the key is figuring out how to tap into that rather than avoid it

The current line up is aleady a champion quality team but needs another back up center like Sengun.

Jalen says his legs hurt a lot but still play through it and play all 82 games even he had injured legs and ankle so eventhough he has small frame body he has a mamba mentality like kobe playing through pain so credit to jalen playing all 82 games iroman rockets

Thx for the take - but I don't know what you mean. If he proves he can CONSISTENTLY play at the level he played in March over the course of the season, he'll win a max contract in a yr. Pretty simple
