"It's brutal when they answer in English" 😂
This is the best ep of TM.
"Seems like your silence is very loud". I'm so gonna use that.
There has to be an alternate timeline in which these two are married, and they treat passive aggressiveness as a national sport 😆
"Try not to be patronising... Oooh you work on the trraaiin, veerryy good" 😂😂😂😂😂 Aisling is hilarious
Aisling is hilarious. I bet she could get along with anybody, her and Richard work off of each other amazingly.
She refuses to let Richard take himself seriously. Which he probably appreciates when he is in a certain mood.
I'd love to see this full episode.
When he doesn't have better comedians to work with, he's hopeless.
"I love it when you drop a fact on me, Richard"
"Why don't you say whats on your mind rather than telling me how I feel"
Oh your good at it.
The passive aggressive argument at the end was so real, I think I’ve had the same one!
Oh man, that's some next level passive aggressiveness, so much so, it's not longer passive. Savage aggressiveness.
"Never mind, Ree-hard."
"you said dat, I do not use such wurds"
"I've been saying it wrong my whole life?" 😆
I'm gonna try not to be patronising.... you work on the train? VeEeEeRy GoOd
Aisling Bea in glasses. Oof.
Slightly embarrassing, I re-ran the bit where she takes them off. Am I wrong to do this?
@@twotone3070 If that’s wrong then what’s the point in being right?
I re-ran the bit where she took off her coat. Is that wrong?
Great combo of comedic personality
These two are so good, I want to live with them.
So glad that Hulu recommended this show to me last week. This is the by far the funniest episode I've seen so far. Watch the episode to see her reaction to that drink, it's fantastic.
There's also a great moment in the episode where she says she thinks all the kids on the train are ghosts which I laughed so hard at the first time.
You never down Zwack Unicum in one shot! I'm amazed she didn't start bazooka barfing!
That fact bucket part is hilarious
0:28 the look of disdain Aisling gives the sexist man who only shook Richards hand is priceless
That was a pretty wtf moment.
This is actually super common in Hungary. I was offended when it happened to me too...
love these two
I need a romcom with these two!!!!
The Deschanel family gave away a third daughter, methinks. And she grew up Irish
Benjamin Tibbetts I thought it was when i saw the thumbnail
I never before realized how she looks like a Deschanel!
Oh man, I know Miklos, he is a great guide, best in Budapest! We had multiple tours with him, the Jewish and the Art Deco topics were the most interesting. Look for FUNGARIAN!!!!
I’m a pescatarian too. I can’t get enough Pescs! I love ‘em!
They make a great comedy team.
As a hungarian, it was bitter sweet to watch. These two are funny, but they just hated my whole life in 7 minutes straight. 😄
By the way, the "meaty pancakes" are extremely delicious. Spoiler alert: it is pancake filled with meat.
She's good without him, but he's hopeless on his own.
@@davidz2562 I know, right?! Joe Lycett is so much better as the presenter.
@@lenawagenfuehr53 I don't know why Richard Ayoade has many fans who say he's a national treasure - he doesn't even enjoy travelling.
@@davidz2562 I dunno I like him. But I like Lycett, too.
I took some Hungarian lessons a few years ago, as a ‘free study’ on a college course. It is not easy, but it has been surprisingly handy to have the few words that I gave retained.
Yeah, I need a movie with these two as a married couple.
You can tell that they get on so well lmao
their guide was so cute haha
I got The Tenant reference. Years ago I made the same reference in a poem, and guess what? Nobody got it.
Oo that mountainbike run looks great under the chair lifts
Borat style greeting at 0:28 - greeting the man first and only shaking his hand 😂
4:33 The laughs 😭😭
2:07 Aisling: "Get the lo toks in" .... (horse balls) lol 2:20 Aisling: "as they say in budapest: Tushudurum...." (instead of Kusunum) LMAO
Never thought I'd be jealous of a brass horse...
Where's wally?....He's in the pool playing chess
Oh, too bad they left out the drinking alcohol part, it was hilarious to see her faces
Has anyone been motivated to travel somewhere based on this show?
Lemma Dogman I Based my Copenhagen trip last year on what Richard And Noel Fielding did on their trip lol. Now there’s commitment
Absolutely! But I have a hard time figuring out where Aisling Beas lives...
plinpain 😂😂😂
Been there, didn't see any of that :)
I went to Barcelona after seeing that episode. I wasn't disappointed.
Where can I see this in full? It’s the funniest thing I’ve seen in a long time!
Travel Man on Amazon Prime.
Budapest rules ;)
at 2:56 I cried out: OMG! She doesn't like that!
please, what song are they playing on the violin in the restaurant???
Idk if you found it in the meantime, but it's "Hungarian Dance No. 5" by Brahms.
Can't remember the name of the piece the guys are playing on the violin and it's driving me insane. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!
It's a piece by Johannes Brahms, Hungarian Dance No.5.
Was there a bit of czardasz in it
Aisling is real funny and does come across as a real nice lady. Love to meet her. And not for the balls touching...well, not just for that. 😍✝
I’ve got a serious crush on her. Yes I do.
"Egészségedre" also means "(drink) to your health."
Egész- (whole, health) -ség ( suffix for noun), -ed (your), -re (to).
Like with so many Magyar phrases, the suffixes lessen the number of separate words to say the same thing and put the order of them in reverse.
That is why, perhaps?, they did not even try to say/ learn it:- a lot of sounds in one long word that is so different to any other European language. Cheers, Skoll,bottoms-up, salute
I got the reference.. what do I get?
The reference.
I cannot believe I set through this.
Is it just me? She looks kind of like Mira Furlan.
Tour guides are a strange folk
Starts playing chess. I didnt want this to be a racial issue
Irish Zoe Deschanel
Sadly this show has become English people finding "Johnny Foreigner" bit strange, and while are are at it, let's laugh at their weird language. It's quite demeaning really.
So contrived and so vapid.
Omg, this was horrible to watch.
Hard disagree.
@@hwren9845 i am from Hungary. They easily could have made this show much more entertaining!!!
@@memy4460 Guessing the humour doesn't translate.
I felt only because I wasn't there to witness it first hand.
English 'sense of humour'; always condescending towards foreigners.
Rude disrespectful and not funny.
