This Escanor has been my favorite unit since Tyr and Hel, got to Champion 3 running human team with Jillian backline

I love DK Meli debuff removal and Ban debuff is helpful so I opted to stick with the same team (4 tries). I WAS wondering how Escanor would do so thanks for playing guinea pig (pro tip, next time a white lab coat a finger raised triumphantly and a "for science!"? Wild white hair wig optional of course 😜)
The other is unknown of course, with Nanashi, Albedo, green Gowther and Cocytus (I tried Shuna for the heal and damage reduction but Cocytus is just better, especially for Albedo amplify)

If you use Albedo, Bam, Nanashi, and Kizuna as your first team, you can one turn phase 1. Use Kizuna’s attack, blue card, and Albedo stance.
I was using Cocytus in place of Kizuna and it was working from time to time but not consistent.
Need to try that out instead.
What Ban would you be using?
He's talking about Viole, a collab unit from Tower of God. His other name is Bam.
Nag used it in his video showing the new Escanor in the DK battle. He said that he preferred Kizuna because the extra crit chance made it more consistent.
Just tried Demon King in Hard Mode last week and to my surprise I actually beat it. Didnt know I was able to til now since I'm still new to this game (started playing last Christmas). I prolly wont try Hell Mode unless I pull the new Escanor and fully SA 15-20 chars (fully UR geared) to be ready. 🤞
I think DK Meli is really the unit you want for Hell difficulty. Escanor is okay but Meli is still better in my opinion.
Hell is a lot more RNG than Extreme though.
Oh yeah its Extreme difficulty. DK Meli? I have him at 3/6, UR geared and fully SA. The one I dont have that really helps is Albedo. But from what I see so far the second team is just back up if the first team doesnt have the card needed to do the rules or if first team failed. I'll try it once I feel confident enough. Thanks for the heads up.

Wait, so you missing cards doesn't matter unless its with wild? Or does it do more dmg if you use the right cards?
After you miss 3 he puts a negative effect on your team. When you complete the rules he gains debuffs for each one correct. 1 is all stat lower. 2 is damage taken increase. 3 is stun. And they all stack.

fyi you should be able to kill him with albedo without wild help ,albedo stance kizuna attack kizuna buff bam and nanashi standing there (menacengly) all of that first turn and some time it kill

Hate this game mode. Way too much Rng dependant .

I only used the sins team here. As long as the RNG doesn't ask for something you don't have, you can lock him down pretty hard. Just a matter of luck really.
@@Nalyd Can you replace Green Diane with the Red one? And gowther with green one? Or is it impossible with those 2? Got DK Meli as well

You can but you'd need to replace merlin with kizuna or blue Eastin for the atk related stats buff but you'll probably have lower dmg from losing the basic stats buffs that come from merlin relic and Diane's passive 🤔
You can. Like @Kuinsy said though, you won't have the attack related buff for phase 1.

I normally use unknowns as team a, I just swapped them to team b for the video.
Any teams without gowther or diane?
You can use an old rank up Gowther and the red Festival Diane if you have them.
I need valentine diane to do that tho lol
I'm the ideal setup yeah. If it wasn't for the attack related stats buff she would be easily replaceable.
@@Nalyd nah I just cleared the easy one of the boss for weekly mission didnt attempt the harder one yet. Wont really farm the crystals to true awaken cuz I didnt even LR red liz yet.Just want that upskirt shot lol

If you don't need her for the first phase you can just use the festival Diane instead.

No it stays open if you lose. Each win locks the mode back. I hate that mechanic but its too far in for them to change it.

There is no fast farm or anything for it unfortunately. It's going to take a while to do it now matter the team right now.
Gonna need a new unit or relic for it to get any better.
