This highlights so many of the reasons that I choose not to shop at a LGS unless they can meet/beat the price of online. My most local store was online and opened retail but they’ve got a lot to learn.
Would like to hear a video about the streaming equipment you are using. I think I have found your microphone arm and microphone, but no clue on the video and whatever else. I have wanted to start streaming and like the quality of yours!
