For the Week of July 10th - July 16th:
You may feel like crawling into your shell and hiding this week. Your own emotions are feeling pretty big and you really don’t have the bandwidth to take on anyone else’s. Though you may be tempted to completely disconnect, this is your reminder not to disconnect from your own spirit. Remember the divine spark of your own spirit never turns its back and never shuts down on you. Stay tethered to it like a lifesaver and use this time and space to reclaim your understanding of self and your focus.
What feels a little painful are just growing pains that are bringing you another level of transformation.
Connect with Mother Earth to rejuvenate yourself both body and mind. Anchor yourself in the unconditional love of your creator and let that love fill you up and magnify the light within you.
