I'm gonna give this a shot. TTT has helped my thruster game so much, i'm definitely getting faster and more efficient with them. Can't wait to put them to the test with this one and show 'em off. I don't have as big of an engine as Noah though. So my strategy here is to do 5 "quick" sets of 10 here.

Greaaaat workout, definitely my strategy would be keeping the thrusters in the 10 reps range and the set of 12-16 muscle ups in the 3, maybe 4 sets.

No ring muscle ups yet so rope climbs (4,6,8) it is then. 14-13-12-11 on the set of 50. 12-10-8 on the set of 30 & hopefully unbroken in the last 10.

My strategy ? Focus on staying alive through those thrusters and pray to be able to do at least half of the muscle ups.

Strategy: sets of 10 thrusters, singles on muscle ups. Manage breaks as best as I can. Don’t die. That’s the priority.

Strategy, break up the thrusters early with quick breaks (use those legs). For the rings, I would shoot for 50% of my max set of ring muscle-ups and not go unbroken for any set. Steady and smooth crusing through this one #forthebarbell

Don't rush, breath, break up as needed. Ring muscle ups break in sets of 3's.
