She is the first person who came out to kneel down in front of everyone using her life to guarantee MC's innocent. She is an orphan which brought to good sect, her master care for her as mother. Lu xueqin can't leave the sect just like when bigao ask MC (MC is orphan just like Lu xeuqi that brought to good sect) to came with her.

Finally, we can all sigh, Lu Xueqi spoke her heart, it's been a long wait! Xiao Fan is torn, Biyao died to save him and made that unselfish choice, so it haunts him. Lu Xueqi also saved and vouch for him when they were young. We can tell he cares/loves Lu Xueqi by his actions, but he's got inner turmoil, he needs to deal with... I'd just like to see who he ends up with in the happily-ever-after. I 🧡 XiaoFan and I like them as a couple.
Bi Yao😢 Lu Xueqi at the end of the story finally ended up with Xiao Fan. After knowing that Bi Yao could not be resurrected, Xiao Fan was like a living corpse and the one who was with Xiao Fan until the end was Lu Xueqi.
Apart from being loyal to Qing Yun and her master (like her home and mentally mother), Lu xueqi also cannot agree with what MC is doing now. She was taught by QingYun and her master to uphold justice and protect people. It is ridiculous to require her to give up her own faith to adapt to MC. Btw. even MC himself hate what he is doing. He's forced to being the thug of Biyao's father bcs of the sense of guilt.
Hopefully people don't misjudge her too early because of S2 final episode, because only later part her struggles are showcased. Some people easily ignore context and even ship MC with Xiao Bai now because she saves him in last ep.

It seems like Biyao was a friend to him. Of course he’s guilty because the fact that she sacrificed her life to save him; so, he would do whatever he could to revive her. It wasn’t love but rather a deep friendship between him and Biyao. I’m sure Biyao would want him to be truly happy rather than living with a guilty heart like he is. Xueqi loves him more and is willing to help him end his miserable fate but it’s not an easy decision since their paths crossed.
