      Mam, i am a student of b. tech final year.
      Mujhe final year project ka bare bahut negative thoughts aate hai.
      Shuru me lagta hai kya hoga, kaise hoga then, mujse nhi ho payega, ma too kuch nhi kar sakta and then i start feeling guilty about it (as all of my friends even those who are weaker than me in academic are not thinking like this,
      so i should shame on myself what type of person i am.... Like this)
      Then the extreme part came where i feel that i can't do anything in my life, life is very long and it feel very hard to live the life.
      Sometimes these thought rests for hours, sometime for days and even for weeks.
      So, it always start from project or a study related topic and place me in this brainstorm, so mam can you help me about it.

    My journey start from now fight with ocd in sha Allah till next year after 8 to 10 months I will be out of anxiety and pure ocd thoughts. Your doing great job mam may Allah give you all happiness in life ameen

    Thank you doctor, after watching this video was able to understand the concept nicely. This is very helpful in taking care of a family member which is experiencing the problem. Initially was not able to understand it and was feeling helpless. Your video has given a direction and a hope to fight against the issue. Now there is a confidence that I can take care of my family member and help him to cop up with this situation. Regards

    Das saal se elaj aur dawai kha rahe hain koi fayeda nahin h therapy bhi bahut hua. Mujhe aapka video bahut

    you are doing great job . My ocd is cured by ERP and I want all to perform ERP for cure. ERP let's you face your fear. Ask you to confront your fear let your anxiety go as high as it can. It willl make you feal really uncomfortable and then witnessing that nothing of that will actually happen and that's how you will be over your anxiety and you build confidence (woh kehte h na zehar hi zahar ko kat ta h)
    CONCLUSION : Do not perform compulsive action. Thanks for reading I have written such a long comment to help people because i had facen it it is really very painful.

    Ma'am, please share some additional information regarding "I have to be right" (moral scrupulousity ocd) and false memory ocd... With continuous obsessive thoughts about past and compulsions like reviewing - reassurance - confession ,etc.

    Hello ma'am.
    I am Sunil aspirant of competitive exam..
    My OCD is related to study and focus. I get disturb due to visible things which is around the book ot on the table
    The moments I try to read whatever is there on the table or around the table or book
    Thought related to these things kept coming in my mind and it's says
    That these things disturb me..
    These thought are so strong that I am not able to read.. OR remember or recall anything..and because of that I got so anxious and frustrated..
    Now this things have became generalized and it happened even if I don't study. I mean whatever I do or doing nothing, out of many visible things infront of me, one thing get targeted by my mind and mind mind says that that thing is disturbing me...
    Now I feel like I stuck in so much unreal condition that I may not come out of this..
    Due to that Only suicidal thoughts kept coming and kept crying all day.

    Oh....wonderful knowledge. Ocd people don't open up/share their pain as they feel uncomfortable,feels taboo to discuss their problem. Also they should take help of good psychologist .ALAS AFFORDABILITY IS THE PROBLEM.

    Hello mam, mujhe 2017 s ocd h during my student life and mai ocd s bhut sare competition s bahar ho gyi just bacause mai 99%time apni ocd activities m deti thi for example bar bar hath aur pair dhulna nahane aur fresh hone m bhut time lagana aur abhi bhi mai yhi sab cheeze krti hu aur mai 2018 m kuch time k lye treatment bhi lia but usse mujhe hmesha nid aati thi ur mai active nhi rah pati thi to maine dva band kr di but now mai aapke video dekh k try kr rhi hu ocd s nikalne ki,Thank you so much mam ❤

    Ma'am Mujhe Pure O Hai currently...Mujhe Aisa Lagta hai ki Me Anxiety Issued se bahar nhi Aah Paunga Kabhi bhi Because mujhe jab first time Anxiety attack aya tha tab me 17saal ka Tha Aur tab Na Koi awareness thi may br hongi hut mene Google search kar k mene Itna Phobia Creat kar diya Ki Me recover nhi ho paunga kar k Thought beth gya There's no solution....now after 3-4 years mujhe GAD bhi thi aur woh mene Apne knowledge se khudse overcome ki hai Apk videos se but Ma'am mere pure O Mujhe Yeh believe karne k rok rha hai Ki me Recover ho chuka hu... Aur yeh mujhe positive sochne me aur action lene me bhi kai baar Anxiety deta hai...Stop karta hai... It's rare kind problem... Happening me khudko yakin nhi dila pata ki there are solutions and I need to let go of those thoughts and feelings Whoch convince me I'm recovered completely Can U help Me ma'am.!?

    Mai jab apne time par ya apne relax place par rahata hu to comfort rahta hu par usi time par kahi hu jaise ki kisika wait kar raha hu ya do log apps me bat kar rahe hai jisme Mera interest nahi hai to mai uncomfortable feel karta hu aur Mera head ghumne lagta ya chakkar jaisa feeling, bharipan,aur kisi bhi awaj se problem hone lagti hai fir mai eakant me jane par meditation karne par kuch aaram milta hai par head din bhar ya to bhari ya chhakr jaise feel hota hai man udas ho jata hai kuch karne ka man nahi karta hai mai kya karu mam please help me🙏🙏🙏🙏

    Madam mereko bachpan se OCD hai, anxiety hai , social anxiety hai,body dismorphia hai, hyperventilation hai,halitophobia hai, mai philhal anti anxiety,anti depressants medicines pe hu aur maine psychologists se therapies bhi li hai.. lekin mujhe abhi tak kuch bhi bahut khas help nahi hua hai....

    Hii mam.., mujhe 3-4 din se suicide ke thought aa rahe hai 😑😑😑, mujhe lag raha hai ki mai mere upar se control kho kar act na kar lu..😭😭..mujhe 2 saal se panic disorder tha ab wo kam hoo gaya hai but ye suicide suru ho gaya.....mai kya karu.......pls.
