Just got a new TV and there is no optical plug to plug Oticon TV adapter into. Is there a converter I could purchase that would allow me to connect to the HDMI plug on the back of the Tv.
I can't get mine to work. tv adapter shows two green saying it is streaming. I click my hearing aids and nothing. I press and hold the button, I hear three tones and still nothing.
My problem is the constant need to repair the TVA to my hearing aids. They just went out - again. I re-paired them not 30 minutes or so ago. Phone app is set to TVA/EduMic, but it just does nothing, then goes back P1. Very happy with Oticon Mores and it's direct streaming from my phone and computer, when Bluetooth works. NOT Happy with the Oticon Bluetooth lack of reliability and ability to stay paired and re-pair automatically. TVA plugged into power, sitting not 2' away next to my computer.

@@DonVR1 Are you opening the Oticon app on your phone are ensuring that the streaming source is the TVA and not P1/P2 etc.?
