In germany we eat dinner at the same time around. Might vary in different families, but 6:00 pm sounds good to me. As 1336mg pointed out: the sentence structure sounds like ours. I wonder, wheter gezellig is more or less the same as gesellig in german? Not sure though.
I was wondering about the Queens birthday too, because I thought they only officially celebrate the day of the reigning monarch, which is the king.
And yes, dutch people are known for their love of camping, but I would guess that is the same here in germany. We also have a lot of campsites including some in bigger cities.
2:11 Why is our sentence structure not grammatical correct? In Dutch it totaly is, same as in German by the way. Never heard about Tante Betje, so I had to look up what it means. Too complicate to explain, but it doesn't mean what the video says. Standard in Dutch only the past participle will come at the end of a short sentence.
2:17, Not true. First of all: we don't have Queen as head of state at the moment, we have a King. The picture is of opening Parliament and arriving of the present King Willem Alexander and in this case with his wife, Queen consort Maxima. This is on the third Tuesday of September, not Saterday. In the same video you show the kings Birthday on the 27 of April (1:27). Thats his real birthday and on that day we celebrate. Prinsjesdag is opening of parliament.
