0:16 Might be the library with the records about every timeline and event, containing memories and knowledge about witch world, hence the books about witch minions are cursed with some witch rune seal - Homura preventing anybody from having an access to them, specifically Sayaka / Nagisa, who can probably reach the place but not use it. Also Sayaka is mute possibly due to her past attempts to regain her memories of the place! I also speculate that the pigtail girl is guided by Incubator to gain trust of Nagisa so they could gain access to the library.
Also if you look closely at the giant glass body thing, you'll notice that there are alot of telephone wires inside it. Last year's trailer had alot of telephone motifs (mainly in the beginning) followed by constant ringing and static noises (mainly around homura). Just saying

And now it's Homura, instead of Madoka, who answers the magical girls' prayers (opening phone scene)...

Something that caught my attention is that the Kyubey that appears here does not seem to be the same one as the one at the end of Rebellion, since the latter was disheveled and quite injured

I know the devil Homura scene will possibly be a fight scene, since if you look closely one of her wings was partially cut off, but I love how it also looks a lot like Icarus falling from the sky.
