A healthcare assistant with a background in nursing does not have these opportunities to even do a degree but someone who has no idea about nursing is giving the opportunity to even go further even when they have a degree already. I don’t think this is fair. Please help the nurses especially those whose certificates needs to be upgraded. Thank you.
