You take a moment to yourself, closing your eyes, the dark turns colourful. Your body is still, and yet, you're moving. Your consciousness, maybe? You're not sure. Splotches of earth begin to build around you, from the ground up you move alongside it. Skies are swirling with new pinks and orange hues, speckled with cotton. Warmth, you're floating, the air beneath your soles is cool, but even more-so still. Mountain peaks erupt from under you, but they do not interrupt your path, instead, they reach you. The crunch of snow was softer than you expected as you stand atop this new perspective. The freshwater marshes well below you begin to surface, ripples decorating your sight. New-World colours blossom across the earth, seeming to imitate the waves before it. Flowing further, new ideas sprout into tall, impressive stories. Hundreds of them, each branching off to new variations. You stand before a precipice, pressure builds and you- You breathe in. Eyes open. Stillness. You're ready. Go on, Adventurer, continue your story.
I'm mapping a homebrew city to this. Its called Ridgewick, which is more or less a fantasy New England town. A port town, and the birthplace of a famous wizard. Which would be a great tourist attraction if the country hadn't banned magic. Still, some people practice magic in secret. An innkeeper's son is an acomplished alchemist, selling his goods in secret under the guise of a soap business. The medical college secretly trains their students in magic that will help them better learn medicine. The vampire menacing the town's citizens may know a few spells, at least enough to evade the law and the adventurers hunting him. The campaign's overall storytelling tone is a horror comedy with strong mystery/gothic elements. The city is full of secrets & questions, and the answers are there- you just have to go exploring, and hope you don't lose your mind along the way.
Dude, since being in lockdown, all I've done whilst working from home is listen to your stuff ❤️ thank you for making such amazing music, you are appreciated!! ❤️
ooh, i do happen to have a world that needs some refining - i suppose this track will *have* to be the one playing while i do so. thank you for blessing us once again with your musical talents.
I would just like to say that these songs are my ultimate comfort songs. I close my eyes and listen and I think of calm. calming down after breaking down at 2am, calming down to tackle a big assignment slowly and methodically, calming down to doodle and plan in my journal, to play animal crossing, to drift into sleep. when I listen to these songs I feel at home again.
Amazing lofi. Really needed this-you tend to upload late at night for me, and I needed these good chill tunes to go to sleep to and dream of possible worlds I could write and build, and then DM and run... Amazing work. ^-^
I like that this EP is story-based. I appreciate the framework. Just like Brandon Shelton commented, imagine all the worlds that are going to be made to this!
Gonna sound cheesy but the ambience is nice for my anxiety when I'm writing. I generally find lyricless music hard to listen to, but even the small voice clips in your cr stuff can be distracting for me at times. But this is really nice when I just want to destress and put words on paper. Cheers
I've been working on a world for a novel I'm planning out, and I definitely need to switch it up from the usual Disasterpeace and Tigran Hamasyan. Stoked to have this on repeat
So far I've learned the Orcs in my world, in addition to being Firebenders, are going to be one of the leaders of Industry on my Viking crossed with A:TLA continent.
Been stuck with my map-making for the last few days, then suddenly I realize this has been released. Praise be unto the knowing mistress. Mad at myself that I didn't click the notification sooner though
absolutely love this. First heard this on Caeora's twitch stream and everyone in channel asked him about the music. Had to go buy this so I could put it on repeat. This is just perfect calming work music and even fade off to sleep.
I'm a new follower and I was waiting for a new upload while listening to your previous one. You really never disappoint, your tracks are really something above the other lo fi on youtube
I'm currently preparing for my first session with my new group, so you can't imagine my joy to see this pop up in my subscription feed. Gonna listen to this while writing my introduction speech. Thank you very much Autumn Orange! :)
ive never clicked so fast on something, i swear. this came so perfectly, cause i am in the process of worldbuilding right now, and its been hard but holy shit, thank you so much for this. i already love it :)
Thank you, this is so chill. I will use it to write as well, as I often do with your music. Your releases help me keep my sanity during this hard times, so thank you again!

The bell goes to All instead of Personalised for this channel, RUclips. Don't change it again.
Can't wait to pick this up! I'm sure you are busy, but do you have an info/faq page about commissioning?
Just shoot me an email at autumnorangelofi@gmail.com friend!
amazing! Can I ask how you realized the hexa map? It's awesome!
I made the map in Photoshop! Thank you!
Any thoughts on doing some songs for campaign 1?
Seconded. A Percy track with some lofi-steampunk? My heart would be so happy.
Constellations tho.
