The sound of this? Oh...oh...my...Grateful God...I mean Dead...I mean...I don't think I've heard better Dead sound!! My world is changed...again! Oh dear Life! And that is one sprightly Eyes! Exquisite! All of it.
1977 was the best according to everyone, I saw them over a 30 year span . Wherever I saw them they put everybody else to shame . When papa bear left , Elvis left the building , I was lucky to witness them from 1969 to 1991 last time in Boston . He’s missed daily and I’m 67 years old now
Boston 91 were great shows. MSG had much better sound, oh and Branford Marsalis sat in for a show that year, best show of over 100 I attended. Check out the set list from 9/10/91.
@andibowe6890 We are one, Eel or not. At-one-ment. Walking with Mr. Natural, you could really get a feeling for it, that's true. Jerry's God. LSD saves. Not Fade Away
Lovely to know that in these “modern” times, “once in a while”.. I hope and pray that men and women can continue to tap into our interdependent nature 💀🌹⚡️🌞❤️🔮🪄🙏🏽🤙🏽🎵
@@JoshuaMichael1122 Check out Billy Strings - Asheville, NC 10/31/22. It was lit. Best I've seen since GD. He did 3 shows. Sold out. Hope to see him again in Atlanta in March 2023.
The photo accompanying this video is the infamous "Who farted?" photo. Mickey, Phil, Keith, and Donna appear to be blaming it on Bobby (visibly annoyed), but I think it was Jerry, looking all innocent and such. Poor Bill is having to deal with the aftermath of being down at gas level. 😁
Not to be Dis-congruent, but I think Ronnie Van Zant and his crew were around at this time and in this area which was home to them in this time. I wonder if they went? Never heard a reaction if any. Bet they did.
The night comes so quiet
and it's close on the heels of the day
There comes a redeemer and he slowly too fades away.
Been so long since I felt this way….followed the boys from spring 87 thru summer 90. Very special time. So fortunate to have experienced.
You're a legend!
Nothing left to do but smile, smile, smile.
so in love with this song, being as im from paradise, california
Excellent sound quality! Phil and Jerry, the whole band, sounds tight and hot!
Thanks for sharing!
Dead for life.
I love ABBA....I will always put you first..,...with you for me,who can be against me..

10:32 i just get happy every fucking time.
my time comin' any day don't worry about me no.
Voices say I know where to go. Don't worry bout me no.
Eyes of the world is a generational anthem for gen y.
Every generation is trippin on these sings!
Reminds me of the Golden Hall show I was at that year in San Diego
The band s🎉ounds like a muscle car engine just idling along. Sweet
sometimes the songs that we hear are just songs of our own
May 77 is great stuff, but October 1980 is a rich vein too
Nice! Thanks much! Were they firing on all cylinders or what? Tight Tight Tight!!!!
Ten days after the famed Barton Hall show, and nearly as good.
I was there and also 5/19.
Maybe better!
🥰
🔥 🔥 🔥 ❤️...
Certainly sounds like May '77.
BTW: Love that picture of the band from back in the day; such a wacky, unconventional bunch.

Nice
nah nah nah nah nah, no no don't worry bout me no
Keith!
Some songs have been worked on a lot, still there is freedom within.
Awesome! Hope springs eternal in the human breast!

GD would have done a fine Tuesday's Gone.
