Join Steve and Lyle as the watch the parade at Corvettes of Carlisle 2022. #corvette #corvettesatcarlisle #parts #service #vette www.CorvettePartsCenter.com
I can't explain how glad I am to own a gorgeous C4 myself. Finding one in good shape, all the way out here in Germany, was quite the effort. I'd like to join something similar to that parade one day.
Wow! that was me and the wife in the red c8 with the Mickey Mouse hands (1:43), drove up from Tennessee 13hrs the drive was beautiful we had a great time, met some really nice people!
I have to agree with you. I loved my C4. Had it about 6 years. I bought a '98 C5 Pacecar and had both for a little over a year because I didn't want to get rid of the C4. Finally the wife sold it for a price I told her, thinking no one would pay that, to her hairdresser. I still miss it, 14 years later.
I love your video all the Corvette were so very nice and it looks like you had a great time there I never Ben there with my Corvette but I hope to some day ❤
At the 5-minute mark when you mention "hey, that looks like my car" my sister and I are driving in the far lane in the Ceramic Matrix Grey C-7 Callaway... we are Florida-natives of Sarasota... and we led a string of Callaway's cars. The orange C-7 is the last one in the group. Thanks for all you do. We enjoy the channel!
That car was really sweet! Glad you had a great time at the show! Callaway makes a heck of a car--we had a 2009 RCSE 606 car here for awhile...what power!! Lyle
Mostly, what the parade means to me is that every street you try to turn down in Carlisle is blocked off by the police and you can't get anywhere ...which is frustrating when all you want to do is go home. I spent an hour or so last year just trying to get out of Carlisle (which is not a big place). I took a different way this year and it was much better. If you come back next year, walk up the hill and take a look at our NCCC-sanctioned show my local club (York county PA) runs every year. We had people from as far away as Ontario and Florida ......even Washington state. All generations, except we lacked a C1 this year.
Thank you for your service. I am a Vietnam Veteran 1970 to 1971. Live on the space coast since 1990 and love all that the space center has to offer.
The biggest Corvette extravaganza in the world

The C 5's are one of the most beautiful Corvettes ever built

Parade is cool....but I prefer to see them in their natural habitat.....a road course 😁
Me too, but Carlisle has no such venue...at least, not yet! :) Lyle

Very Nice!!
I have a C4 Grand Sport and a C6 Grand Sport, both vehicles have performed well.
You can see them in my avatar
Nice parade/show but hard to find anything older than early 90’s this year. Used to be other way around.
American horsepower
Awesome!!!
No early cars 53-72, how sad. Remember not that long ago they filled the parade. 🇺🇸
I need to go there next summer. Thanks for sharing !
I own a C6 Z06 velocity yellow 💛 😎

I wonder what brand of rear wing was on that red Canadian C4. 🤔 Or if it was a modified Fiero wing.
Not too many C-3 " bumper cars"???
First!
