    Enjoyed this and learning something important. I am looking for a used Daysailor and I did not know they had a wooden transom covered with a fiberglass skin.
    It is something, now, I know I need to check. Thanks, and great job with your restoration!

    Beautiful reveal! I've got a smaller old O'Day with a rotten transom, so this was a perfect video for me to see what it will take to fix it. Thanks.

    I built an octagon of 2×6 framing around the hull and rolled it over. You see the bottom half in the video
