Hey Kiran, check out my other comment on an embodiment practice. It is the number one thing you can do to settle your nervous system, and stay more calm in the face of the Feminine storm. Also, being in one's heart (the last chapter in the book) can have a huge impact on staying centered. Finally, hearing her pain rather than the blame (also in the book) is a way to more easily stay grounded.
@@gsyoungblood8437 ok thanks. Im practicing Wim Hof, breath of fire, ujjayi breathing as recommended in your chapter on Embodiment. I am practicing them first before moving forward to the next chapter after Embodiment.
@@kiranmaziz1990 Kiran, that's great. The chapter on embodiment may also give you some context for those exercises. Im my one on one coaching, I go much deeper into different techniques you can do to maximize the effects of the daily practice. This is definitely hard work to keep up with it because life can be so busy and because results are slow in coming. It's a long term journey.
When she takes responsibility for her actions and says what she wants then and only then, communication lines are open. Not sure why she couldn’t paint the fence herself. This conversation is another reminder of how her actions and feelings are a direct result of his fault. I’m pretty sure his actions toward her (walking away)are a summation of her inability and unwillingness to do what he’s said in their past.
Great video.
How does masculine soothe themselves during storm? Can you give example?
