Nice to find my exact truck. I replaced the bottom door pin first, that didn't work I broke the spacers. And I've replaced both door pins upper and lower, twice and I keep breaking those spacers. I'm going to try it again this weekend. But it's becoming a pain in the ass.
My issue is not either of those pins. It's the OTHER "pin" on the top hinge. It's broken and I can't find a tutorial on it anywhere. I'm desperate. I have a 1995 gmc 2500 pickup.

Where did u get the door pins and bushings?
i honestly dont remember. if i had to guess, probably advanced auto since it was closest to me at the time
