    In india, the ones who obey the rules will mostly finish last, make less profit and lose valuable time. The ones who bribe/threaten will get the job done in time..Sad truth..

    Wow! As an Indian I approve. We need to at least reduce bureaucracy if not completely eliminate it. I can understand that some steps are necessary but most of them are redundant. This discourages the spirit of entrepreneurship.

      In 2 yrs. of BJP, India's @ 100 position on said index.
      Not a conspiracy theorist, I do however note the veiled continuum of degrading India by it's eliteist minorities that the Colonialists promoted to keep the majority Sanatan Dharmis marginalised, else the world would have to deal with a majoritiism driven India 100's of yrs. ago. More specifically, at least from 1857 War of Independence rather then the ham job of 1947, and yet even Pakistani talk show hosts grudgingly admit at how far India's star rose in the past a a mere 2 generations since '47 after nearly 800 yrs. + 200 yrs. of majority oppression.
      Entire civilizations disappeared in the meantime. And the future is all India !
      I remain a technical and rational person, but the tone of elitism, used at a more grassroots level, will get one in trouble.
      The 20'th century's Global rant re: center-left, Soviet Union leaning, de-colonising India peddled by the Fleet St. + 'Church' St. combine doesn't sell anymore; if the said 2-bit coffee maker doesn't appreciate what he's got going for himself re: India, Indians are not where they will still not tell him where to go, but I can tell him to go back to his country, ... effing plenty of coffeemakers in India !!!

    Wow! I'm not surprised by this story. I've seen similar things happening to others. One of my friends bought a car on loan to use it for Ola services(Like Uber) and he had to go through all this stuff. There is a lot of pain in getting commercial or heavy license for the drivers, you have to pay huge bribes and drivers are dishonest, they wouldn't work all the time even though owner had a tracking app in his phone. He had to constantly call the driver to remind him of his job. Then there are some customers who are very rude. Also dishonest competition some of the richer businessmen can bribe their way to have multiple cars without Ola logo and Yellow Number plate(Commercial Vehicles) and park their cars on railway stations which is barred for others.

    If you want to survive in India , bribe is the only option..... even if u r doing crystal clear clean business u still have to pay fines.
    The fact is for doing any business 100’s of licenses have to be taken for just one small business you need permissions & licences so this leads to time consumption & corruption.... i have always met a corporation guy only after his working hours and to be honest a govt employ feels like a king till his tenure ....
    We see so many vendors working on streets , roads who are minting money and they don’t even have any licence or any anyone to keep a check on how clean they are , the best part is they don’t know what income tax is ....
    If govt keeps a small watch on small vendors they will actually now the money they make without paying tax .....
    In India an honest man is a liability ........
    Let any govt function this will never come to an end ......
    Pay Tax, fines , give ur hard earned money to govt employs so that thr family can enjoy , run about if thrs scrutiny but at the end you will just be fooling your self by doing clean business ....

    That's a great video. I associate the word Koinonia with Christianity, where it is often used (check the Wikipedia entry on the word). In fact, if I see the word Koinonia used in the name of a company I would normally assume that it is a Christian-run company. Is that the case here? Is Christianity (very much a minority religion in India) or a Christian ethic a factor in what you have shown us in this video?

    • @virendrasingh89
      @virendrasingh89 7 лет назад

      Martin Roth India being second most populated country in the world have a sizeable amount of Christian minority. It has almost 30million Christians scattered across the country. But there isn't any relation of he being a Christian with doing business in India. India has inherited Bureaucratic style of working from Britishers who plundered the Indian economy for a century. They made sure that the business and trade remain in the their hands along with some Indian crony capitalist who worked them. The only difference now is that we have our own brown people who behave like the then Britishers. Speaking about minorities we've many religions eg Zoroastrianism, Sikhism, Jainism, Muslims, Baha'is, Jews etc.along Christians who've the minority status and enjoy certain privileges ascertained by our Constitution.

    • @dothedeed
      @dothedeed 7 лет назад +1

      +virendrasingh - Koinonia = Christian fellowship or communion, with God or, more commonly, with fellow Christians. So it most likely is a Christian company.
