I am a black male, and when I got to college there wasn't a black barber near campus so I had to learn how to manage my 4c hair by myself. I was so lucky bc I ended up having a beautiful black queen as a roommate during my 2nd year at school She taught me about leave-in conditioners, natural oils, and overall she helped me learn to love my thick coils. It's unfortunate to say but I realized that I felt ashamed of my hair.
She put lots of love in doing her daughter's hair, as well as many other mothers. I commend her for doing research and trying to learn how to take care of her daughter's hair. There was a lot of negativity online and i don't understand why. It's like your damn if you do damn if you don't.
I stumbled upon this video after watching her video. The white lady in this video, her name is Christy Gior and she’s just the most genuine, loving and caring mama ever. I’ve been watching her for years and I’ve learned so much from her as I am a mama to a biracial baby myself. Christy just delivered her 1st biological baby yesterday I believe! Please go over to her channel and show her lots of love! Thank you for reacting to her video 🤗♥️
i think where you live may also effect the type of oil you must use. drastic changes in humidity and temperature are going to alter the results as well as hair type :)
Her knowing that coconut oil doesn't work for her daughter's hair shows how in tuned she is to her hair. She recognizes that all Black hair texture is receptive to the same products. My hair hates coconut oil, as does my skin.
I wouldn't say that one must already be good at that in order to adopt. They should definitely make an effort once they do have a child with that kind of hair.
On the other hand, if a White lady said she didn't want to adopt a Black child due to not knowing y'all to take care of their hair y'all would throw a fit and you know it.

Thank you dear🤗❤
I love black women's hair styles. I am so fascinated as how they get the hair to look so beautiful. The beautiful curls are my favorite.
I'm 14 and I have a six year old sister and I do her hair, so I'm still learning to do hair and I love this style

I suggest research fortified shampoo for fast hair growth.
Correct me if I’m wrong but I feel like of your gonna adopt/foster/have an child with type 4 hair you should know how to take care of it.
Ur 100% correct.
