We have all suffered with some degree of anxiety in these awful times no matter how strong we think we are. Your video are so honest & spoken from your heart, you really are a special person. Of course I don’t do slimming world but I have to say I’ve been doing just fine even with the lockdown. I know I’m much older than you are and I have been on this journey my entire life and I know it’s not easy and it can be filled with anxiety and also depression but one day at a time is all we can do that’s all I can do I can’t do anything more than that and I know that. In time the scale will come down and you have done magnificently well. It’s so nice that you have your mom and your dad helping you that means so much. And you have the tools and you know what to do and I know you’re going to get there there’s no doubt in my mind you will get there and God willing it’ll take away some of the pain that you’re feeling.
I have been up and down all lockdown, and i have gone back to group and I can't move it downwards I am just stuck but hey we will get there be kind to yourself stay safe takecare xx
I'm starting mine today. It's going to be a struggle. I love to eat, especially junk lol
