Riley is such a bad healer...
Every time I see riley I feel bad for the dungeon group.
he sadly isn´t good enough for hardcore, its a mystery how he was in the race to rag, he just had a rough death too, so yeah maybe needs to play more softcore first. and do keybindings.
Yeah he had a ton of time to get a heal on the hunter. Don't roll healer if you have boomer reflexes.

That axe is actually a super solid weapon for a prot paladin. The lifesteal scales with spell power and prot paladin has reckoning. It's not for farming and doing dungeons.
frost nova definitely killed that guy. having a mage in the party is the #1 killer of melee in groups

am the druid from the last clip, yeah I fucked up the pull and definitely should've brought them back, the group was just tense because we wanted the timed run for .5 quest; all of us made some mistakes. still broken up af about it, but started a warrior and still plan to tank at 60
you made a mistake initially with the pull but that was easily corrected. the healer on the other hand not being in position after popping bubble (shouldn't of even needed to bubble) is how you actually died
Never play with Riley again and you'll be fine. It's nice of you trying to defend this dude, but let's be honest : he fucks it up everytime. GL on your warrior.

@@franckbertolone5119 Agreed, plus Riley is super entitled, he gets super mad when someone questions his healing skills, but still he paid for his sins when he lost his pala on an UBRS run where he basically killed himself doing stupid things while drunk lol.

Can I just say, if you're playing a class that can't self heal on hardcore, my hats off to you, you are taunting death.
This isn't a very good consideration of the tools many non-healing classes have. Let's just start by taking a look at hunter, for instance. Is the best soloing class in the game really "taunting death," just because it can't self-heal?
I'm not so sure.
Another class, like the mage, has an incredible number of tools (assuming Ice mage) for surviving against an incredible number of mobs, if they get caught out.
@@zedek_ in both those instances you're assuming the best not the worst case, because in HC the consideration is the worst case. And in a worst case healers will outsurvive a hunter and mage any day of the week and twice on Sunday.
And I've actually seen a lot of those videos, like for example you would think that faint death is ideal because it drops the agro right? Well sometimes it doesn't, and in that case you die. There are tons of videos specifically to that effect.

i have question about HC, for some reason the mobs seems to hit harder, is that because people in hc are undergeared or they modified the mobs stats on HC servers?

I played a priest, and in that clip, I was yelling heal him, and he clicked his icon on healbot and started moving.... I was super confused, lol
He could just BoP and hunter would be ok. Hard to tell on cellphone, but looks like his BoP might not even be keybound.
Bullying is bad, but I dunno. Running HC dungs with this guy healing feels like a hard pass.
@@danielhaden6674 Healbot casts spells based on clicks on frames so he probably has it bound. Though for safety reasons he should have it bound regularly too. At least I would have.

What's the hardest few classes to play in hardcore? Also curious what's the hardest Race if there is (racials, starting zone, faction leveling path)

@@xanosdarkpaw1 any race that makes it harder? Useless racials, rough starting zone? Also what's harder between ally and horde? I've never played Vanilla, thinking of making HC my first experience and I want to try the hardest combination haha.

I agree, the weakest combination is probably night elf warrior.
When it comes to surviving in hardcore solo, you mostly want kiting effects (slowing enemies movement speed or increasing yours), powerful cc effects (ideally completly preventing a mob from doing anything), losing aggro effects (redirecting aggro on a pet or straight up reseting the fight) or powerful protection/healing effects (ideally instant to not get interrupted and immune effets to prevent getting dazed or slowed). Also, dealing dammage from a distance makes it obviously safer to avoid dammage/annoying effects or to run away.
These abilities are often your best chance of survival if you accidently pull multiple mobs and/or a very dangerous mob (very higher level and/or elite) or simply pull without being prepared. Another accidental way of dying is from fall dammage so instant immune effects or even slow fall effects are appreciated.
Warrior is probably the class with the least amount of these effects so that's why it's often considered the worst class for hardcore solo. However, if you're going hardcore duo it can be a decent choice, especially with a healer.
The race you pick will only make a slight difference on the difficulty but to me night elves have the least useful racials for a hardcore solo warrior. Good luck if you're rolling that for your first character. I wouldn't recommend it but if you play very safe it's possible. Just remember that out of 100 hours of leveling it only takes 10 seconds of bad decisions to die. That is even more true with a warrior: unlike other classes, you won't be given a second chance if you really mess up. Potions, engineering, trinckets, powerful gear and more importantly knowledge are warrior's best friends. Appart from weird challenges with restrictions, warrior is probably the hardcore mode of hardcore.

It's not a failed Feign. Any rooted mob will attack the nearest player if it cannot attack the one it is agroing.
Common sense in high m+ to not strafe rooted mobs as melee.
Any hunter that is attempting to run through a big ogre's huge model rather than kite it back away deserves the smackdown. Too many people pick up bad habits whilst levelling. Dire maul does not mess around, you will get wrecked if you play lazy.

First Rilley death for the Hunter - it was Catahc (hunter) who broke his own freezing trap (look at dps meter before/after freeze). Rilley should have BOP'd but there really wasn't that much time to decide. On the second Rilley death it looks like Rilley popped bubble and pulled back (to bring gargoyle closer) at the same time the tank charged. You can see a dot move on the minimap suggesting Rilley was trying to move back into range. When the camera pans back to Rilley he was in range but that's after he ran back towards the tank.
Would deleting and restoring mess with the add on that tracks your deaths?

that axe (not that great ) has 100% sp scaling, pretty good for paladins or 1hand shield chadhancer's in pvp
manslayer axe is amazing for pally aoe farming gold in sm cath, lifestealing stacking is busted in classic

@@BuscoAlmas Id take any heal as Warrior for Hardcore thats for sure. sure its a gimic weapon. but damage isnt all for Hardcore you know. Its all about survive, and what beter is there for a Warrior then Heal in a fight. wouldent say for a Paladin its OP. but for a Warrion in Hardcore, for sure. doesent sound like you have tryed that challange before ^^
@@rogerstalder7184 bruh, i play hardcore in ps since 2008, i understand your point cuz as a warrior you have nothing to heal yourself, but first take a look to that weapon, find in the datebase, find the proc chance and the icd for the amount of healing, its not that good, you may proc that healing once in a fight, and only heals you 50-70 approx, it doesn't even scale with ap, thats why i said it was pretty bad item, instead you should go for raw stamina more than that self healing.

And i played Wow since Vanilla tho. i always was an unusual Player ^^ I never just belive in pure Numbers, you got to try it yourself so you know. I have found out, that alot of those Numbers dont mean nothing, maybe you got to stuck this Weapon with atrinket and Enchant with the same abilitys, that it makes sense. but im sure i would find a way so its usefull. Just go by Numbers you read in the Internet, nah. im 40 ^^ im gonna try myself before i trust in this.

Sometimes they try to CC too much. One mob heartbeat breaks and kill someone. Instead of the tank tanking everything and the healer having only one target to heal. So much easier most of the time. Mark up mobs and be methodical. Do not over-use CC

@@overpaide Soo three mobs? Wow that's loads. Tanked all content in classic on druid and it is ridiculously easy. Threat isn't a problem and bear have so much armor in vanilla. LoS the caster to bring it in on pull. Maul and tab target spam and nothing rips threat
@Coreflake ! I remember having the worst time in OG vanilla, explaining LoS to every group to the point where healer was wandering out with you when your pulling lol
This is hilarious, because I recognize some of the bad players from the previous HC stuff that was popular, and it's the same clowns being just...bad in the same ways. Just unaware for the most part.
That Overseer Maltorius solo was fucking nuuuts.
Failed to LOS many times, got hit in melee many times, failed to use fireblast on cooldown, failed to use counterspell on cooldown, wasted mana on unnecessary blink whilst mob was casting, required engineering grenades and evocation, didn't use mana shield despite dropping dangerously low hp close to 1 shot if mob critted, would have likely died without lucky frostbite procs, would have 100% died if mob decided to keep SW:P and PW:S up more, would have died if respawns appeared behind because taking so long. This was definitely low quality mage plays that made it look 5x harder than it should have been.

Riley has healed for a very very long time in HC Endgame, it's very rare for him to make mistakes like the ones recently. For 2 bad moments in video, He shouldn't be getting heckled this way unless they know what it's actually like risking it like that multiple times a day, for Weeks.
Every time I see a clip of Payo, it gives the impression that he's terrible at PvE.
He's constantly doing stupid thing, this is like the third clip I've seen of him kiting mobs to his own death.

It's a normal Classic Era server. I think it's Bloodsail Bucaneers for US, not too sure. You also need to get the Hardcore Addon from Curse Forge.
These hardcore healers are a new level of bad
loads of people delete their chars when they reach max. no point in continuing to play it really the servers are dead specially at max level. its just to prove he can do it and then move on and do something fun. its essentially "look, i did it, its easy, nobody cares, now stop talking shit and lets move on"
So just from this video, it seems that RIley is garbage and he is a button clicking healer. Why would anyone do any HC stuff with him.

Warlocks can’t resurrect via SS, Shamans can’t resurrect via Ankh, Paladins can’t Bubble Hearth, no Light of Elune + Hearthstone.
