Idk about 13, if wait and see better options. You can buy ones that are ragged out for cheap, and ones that are mint for 13k. But waiting would be ideal, we found mine for 6k. It’s mint, it had like 120 000 miles, it came with a flow master. The paint is mint and white. It was hours away 2 states away, and the radiator blew on the way home. And we also bought a new hood, we didn’t have to but the original had 1 small rust spot. And it’s a 1 owner before me. The guy bought it in tennessee (where I’m from) moved to Georgia, then moved to florida. It was a little bit of a hassle, but definitely worth it. I got to spend the money I saved on 2 12” scars for the truck, and 2020 Silverado 19” rims. It’s pretty bad ass, and cheaper than 10k.

These trucks hold their value. They will only increase in value because they don't make trucks like this anymore.
