The "M" could be Mr. Sharkson as he is now the owner of the old boss who created the club and resort now hes in the same loop as the bosses beffore him, him saying dont make the same mistake i made is probbly hinting to Mr.sharkson making the mistake of coming the new boss and now he has to work forever untill he "promotes" someone into being the new boss and in the hikkiomori route that person is hero and he has to work forever just like his boss Mr. Sharkson. (hope you liked my theory this took me lots of thinking and i had fun sorry if i repeated my self a lot this took me about 2 and a half hours to make! :D )
In the russian localization the letter from the 3rd fact is Л, which isnt our equivalent for M, so it has to be a word, not just a name. Maybe a Moon (Луна on russian) cuz ur in a space and this is a room for a moonwalk
