Hello Ranveer ji. I made paneer cutlets the same way you showed, I chose shallow fried them. The patties r crumbling when I try to flip them on the non stick tava. I did not finish making the rest as the first couple broke while flipping. Please tell me what I can doto the rest of the mixture so that they do t break while cooking. Thank you
