Interesting how the Classic Loader is used. It's amazing how the tools double as a second tool...like the priming base and bullet seater. Those threads on the die body must be really strong to keep taking those hits through out many uses. But like you stated on noting the difference of sound when it becomes metal-to-metal contact helps to stop from damaging the threads. Great tutorial on the Classic Loader.
It's a pretty genius design and very well made. Super cheap way to get into the hobby if you don't have the money or space for an entire set up. Thanks🇺🇸👍🎯
It's kinda fun to use the bar minimum and still get it done. If you have a portable scale you can do load development or choose a more specific load than the dippers 🇺🇸👍
It's a very cheap way to get into the hobby if you're not sure it's something you're going to do long term or want to sink a bunch of money into... that, and awesome for traveling/camping/bug out/load dev at the range/etc. A great tool to have around. Thanks, brother!
That was great DR! I'm always watching for a deal on a Classic Loader in something I load. I got to do some casting today and had a great afternoon. I did some LEE 312-160-2R that I might want to do some .308 with later when I get some dies. Otherwise I'm going to see how the do in the 300 Savage.
I think I'm addicted to them lol. They're kinda fun to play with, and great for a rainy day. I'll probably end up with one for each cartridge I load for. These bullets can shoot pretty well out to a hundred but I don't have a load dialed in as well as I'd like. Always more to test! Have fun with the Savage. Thanks!
Not sure. It could be a way to kill time in the woods when your in the cabin, I think I would rather be roasting marshmallows on the fire with my press loaded ammo I brought from home :-))
Tons of options. Certainly a cheap way to get into reloading. Could be a good bug out item to stash somewhere. I do like a good roasted marshmallow, however.

So simple. Bare bones no frills. Just loading rounds with the most dare I say primitive equipment. Pretty cool. Love watching this.

Just what I needed! Great tutorial, clear, to the point, accurate. You made my day & saved my budget! Thank you!
That's awesome, thanks for watching 👍🇺🇲👊
Classic budget reloader! Great explanation of how to use it.
They're pretty handy, and a cheap way to get into the hobby. Thanks! 🇺🇸👍
Good video DR…I bought one of those LEE Classic loaders about 50 years ago in .45ACP…brought back old memories 🤘🤘🤘
Awesome! Glad you liked it🇺🇸👍
Nice set up to have on a rainy Sunday
Yessir! Great for traveling or scenarios where you don't have the room for a gigantic set up, or just getting into the hobby.
Afternoon DR!! 🤘🏼🤟🏽👍🏼
WHACK - A - MOLE!!
That's right!
Great job.
Thanks!
A most excellent video.
Thanks!
I got my start in this hobby using a Lee Classic Loader kit. That was way back in 2021.

My very first loads were a lee loader n 30-06, I still have it
That's way more than one word...
The first time I loaded a center fire cartridge , I used one of those loaders .
That's awesome, what was it
@@DummyRound 357 mag
Can you do 38spl with that one? Can't decide which to get.
@@DummyRound I don't remember , that was decades ago , lol
Lol fair enough👍
Did you chamber , and fire those rounds, seated at the crimp groove?
Haven't fired them, yet. But, they do chamber.
