Believe in yourself. Make goals like 5 miles. Just when you have time, do this. Then when you feel good after running. Run an extra mile every time after that. When you can do that with ease. Run another extra mile. Dont start too fast. If you know you can run 10 miles. Dont run 10 but run 8 because you want to have good resistance and when you run a lower amount of miles you will build that resistance and you will learn to keep a good rhythm for running. Run 10 miles per hour and do this every time. If you cant keep up with 10 you have to shorten the distance. But keep a rhythm. Doesnt matter what distance
@@Smokeyy000 I’m simply not built to keep that pace for that long. Been running long distance for 10 years now. I can run a 1:39 half marathon but even if I could do a Full marathon at that pace it wouldn’t be fast enough…
Everyday training shoes aren’t gonna be 250. Pegasus 39s are popular, invincible 3’s, I personally don’t prefer Nike but that’s just me. Pegasus’ are heavyish and hard but you can get a lot of miles out of then
