He's a goth icon, yes but he's not a queer icon. As much as I love him, he did state that his crossdressing should in no way be considered as something for gay men. He also said that he used to have a female lover and that he's a cis male. Calling him a queer icon kinda waters down what mana actually represents; a man that defies gender norms and gay stereotypes
