well done , been through about 10 of the cheapo stools in my little machine shop . The frame bends, the caster wheels start to split over time. One lasted 18 months , that was a record. Always thought about building one that would last longer than i do.
Great project! I'm really liking your channel. Im looking forward to getting my own plasma table, the one you have would be perfect for me.I need to step up and learn editing. I just throw crap on my channel.cant wait for your next one.
@@envisionmotorwerks I had that happen once or twice so far, don't really know what causes it. I am still not running the THC but most of my stuff has been smaller stuff. Just watched your sign video as well, great work.
Looks great though not Steampunk enough for me probably. I think to that end I would have made my own caster frames and continued that double plate leg esthetic nearly to the floor. Instead of welding the legs to the column...bent some 90 degree flags and riveted the legs together and only welded around the top and bottom where the column protrudes. For the seat height adjuster...curved the arms slightly to repeat the theme of the legs and also used antler as finials or possibly done a 4 bar weather vane motif N-S-W-E.. And lastly, used liming wax on the seat to bring out the character of the saw cuts and possibly done some light chip carving on the top for arse slide control...that'll be 5 grand! Seriously though we gotta get rid of this everything has to come from China BS even if we have to make it ourselves. Stuff like you making this project is steps in the right direction.
Love it, you’ve got yourself a new subscriber. Great work!!
Nice Nice you should of made the casters too .❤
