    People know they wil lhave to shell out money for service repairs but rarely expect to have collision repairs. Most people choose the cheapest possible monthly auto insurance payment that does not include rental and they get angry when repoairs take longer than a coulle days.

    It all about first impressionms and keeping the customer informed at all stages of repair. How is the or any survey not biased? People are already stressed and angry they have to be there. Bodyshops are like dentists, no one wants to have to go there, it wil lcost them money even if its not there fault, some people do not take care of there cars and expect a ful ll restore on a collision repair. I personall never fill out surveys cause they are a pain in the ass and I dont want wmails or follow ups and coupons etc. Most people have no concept of the repair process, parts, delays or downtime nor want one. Id bet most people choose DRP shops because the insurance compnay steers them there. lol, best intrestb at heart? Its a busines for chrissake.
