If anyone is not able to get the shape properly despite the exact steps.. i tried this and it helped!
Keep the outer flower in the front, the middle flower in middle and the circle in back
In blend options, keep the steps between 500-600
In pucker bloat keep it to 70%
In zig zag keep the size higher eg. 18-19 and the ridges 10

Make sure the larger star is at the front, then the star in the middle and in the back, the circle. Make sure all shapes dont have any fill.

Hi Naman, Its hard to troubleshoot without seeing it, but first make sure your circle and star only have a stroke and no fill. Otherwise, maybe take a look at your layers and see if anything is being grouped or compounded by mistake.
