Don't take it unless it's a must. Intermittent fasting, low carb, no sugar and exercise is the way to go.
Fasting is way better than Ozempic. I thought I’d ever could do it more than a day and the first time I tried it. I made it six no problem.
Maybe the second is a little bit tough but just go out and distract yourself
Go camping if you must without food
Agreed
I think if you are not diabetic that you should not be using this. It’s honestly for our diabetic family
So basically eat enough sugar and get fat enough for them to prescribe it for you when you have high blood glucose?
It can prevent diabetes, heart disease and many more
Thank you
I don’t believe anything they say anymore.
U have the drug company doing research on it's own drug as a treatment for kidney disease
🎯
I lost 35LB to 118LB in two years. A1C back to 6.3
I'm considering it. Can I ask if you had any side effects?
Unless 35 pounds by taking a handful of 10 minute walks a day and dropping carbs from my diet In four months
@@suzannef1707 yes. There’s quite few, please consult with your physician. Everyone side effects are different. Like it listed in the description. I think for me is constipation & muscle 💪 loss.
How rude to be calling the doctor "doc". Do better!
