They look incredible Dan. Wish I could have seen how they break and their texture in the middle. I was wondering Dan....does the cookie dough freeze well? And if so, should I bake them from frozen or thaw them out first? Thanks for your help. Lee :)
Hello! I'll try to remember to break one next time. It's usually off to the photo table right after filming! This dough should freeze well. I'd portion out the dough, flatten each ball a bit and then freeze them wrapped tightly. You will probably need to add 3-4 minutes to the baking time. Enjoy! ~Dan
I know these cookies are going to be absolutely delicious. Where dod you get your oven and racks under from
I'm going to try this recipe! They were delish at Friendsgiving.
I only have hand mixer I hope I can get the right consistency
It will work with a hand mixer! You can even mix this dough by hand since it starts with melted butter!

You really should break into the cookie to show the inside chewy center. Cookie sounds good.
Di you are right!! I should have thought of that. Next time ;)
Thanks for watching! ~Dan
Has anyone baked with brown butter before?
