Whenever you feel the urge just read the Word for the same amount of time you would a story. I recommend using the hard copy version of the bible. I used that and it worked for me.

For me, the most important step I've taken in overcoming sexual sin has been realizing where I want to be. Ask yourself what you really want. Do you just want to go as long as you can without falling into sexual temptation, or do you never want to do it again? Once you decide you never want to do it again, you will have a goal; you will have somewhere to get to. You may still fall, but it is important not to sell your goals short. God has soo much more for you than that! God bless bro! :)
