It a treasure enchant, meaning you can only get it from looting or fishing. The amount of level is the amount of socket you get, max it 3, could be more cus Apotheosis exist. It give +% base or some amount of thing like Armor, Health, Armor Toughness, Luck, Swimming speed, speed, Mining speed, Atk dmg, ect. When you first get it on a gear it will roll randomly some buffs, you can reroll the buff with quark, upgrade tier with emerald, add slot with diamond if you only have 2 buffs and increase with lapis. Get a godly amount of quark and reroll for 2 stars buffs then start doing upgrade thingy.

I just don't like taking too much time to do thing that boring af FTB help me collect materials faster Villager mods help me save time moving them and the cooldown thing is what I always hate since villager trading were added.

I wish they made tools for dread steel honestly or even maybe a bow, that would be cool.

ending was cool though there were too many Neptune chests that made it look bad
I shouldn't have placed them there because of convenience when fishing.
