You must submit the job offer with your application for permanent residence. Your employer must complete this form and send you a copy to include with your application. Your employer and you must read and sign the declaration at the bottom of the form. ayan po ang sabi sa cic, from my understanding, kelangan i print ng employer, the employer signs it and send it to you so you can sign as well, so you can include it to your papers.

If you passed your application by January, they will usually give you an email saying that they received you application after 2 months in my experience. You can also check you application in cic.gc.ca website. All the best!

hi thanks for watching, both option po ninyu will require finding employer first before you can apply for permanent residency. ang advantage po ng aipp is landed immigrant kayo dito yung caregiver worker muna for two years then after contract is finish tsaka kayo magiging immigrant. hope this helps.

Should an employer sent the job offer via email or by mail to employee? can employer sent via email and printout by employee and sign the part of employee?
From what i know, t should be sent by mail to the employee, because, employee needs to sign it. I am not sure if you can email it. the employee will be the one to send it to the immigration together with the other documents for the employees application.

From what I know, if you are coming from PH. you need to undergo agency to get an OEC only, but policies and rules changes every now and then, so i think the best way is to inquire sa POEA po.

not exactly, if you have education,training and background as a caregiver you do not need a caregiving course. From our experience, we are registered nurses from the PH and we didnt study for caregiving anymore

Yes, they need to register a business number from CRA for tax purposes. For business name, i remember my employer just put his name under the business name. Hope this helps.

Do I need to have experience if I already had Caregiving program? because it says either 1 yr related education/training or experience. Caregiving program is 9 months. If yes, What are the proofs to be provided for the experience?

Hi! If you want to apply as a caregiver po, your education must be atleasr two years graduate with diploma, not including short courses. And if you are undergrad po, you need to atleast be in 3rd year college to qualify for the canadian education. And u also need to have education about caregiver. Thanks po! From what i know yes po, open work permit, as a caregiver po you will be under Occupation Restricted Open work permit. If you are two years grad with diploma, based sa nababasa ko na experience ng iba, they are given equivalency to 1 year post secondary education in canada. But, you need your credentials to be assessed in ICAS or IQAS and other assessing institution except sa WES, kasi mataas standard ng WES. Thanks!

hello po! after ma validate, if you are applying for caregiver, you need to send the papers to the address written in the website via courier.
in this new program, if you are applying outside canada, your application must be paper based.
24.47 if I apply with spouse , I can check the Biometrics per family right (for 2 person-me and my spouse)? And per person don't need to check?

We did it ourselves, i have a relative in Canda who looked for our employer and we processed our papers DIY, our guide is cic.gc.ca

Should an employer sent the job offer via email or by mail to employee? can employer sent via email and printout by employee and sign the part of employee?
From what i know, t should be sent by mail to the employee, because, employee needs to sign it. I am not sure if you can email it. the employee will be the one to send it to the immigration together with the other documents for the employees application.

From what I know, if you are coming from PH. you need to undergo agency to get an OEC only, but policies and rules changes every now and then, so i think the best way is to inquire sa POEA po.

not exactly, if you have education,training and background as a caregiver you do not need a caregiving course. From our experience, we are registered nurses from the PH and we didnt study for caregiving anymore

Does the employer need to have a business registered? Myself and my husband is filling out an offer but confused as they need a business legal name and a Business Number
Yes, they need to register a business number from CRA for tax purposes. For business name, i remember my employer just put his name under the business name. Hope this helps.

Do I need to have experience if I already had Caregiving program? because it says either 1 yr related education/training or experience. Caregiving program is 9 months.

If you do not have work experience as a caregiver but you have training/education you can still apply. but work experience is an advantage as well. here are links from canada immigration for more info.

Hi! If you want to apply as a caregiver po, your education must be atleasr two years graduate with diploma, not including short courses. And if you are undergrad po, you need to atleast be in 3rd year college to qualify for the canadian education. And u also need to have education about caregiver. Thanks po! From what i know yes po, open work permit, as a caregiver po you will be under Occupation Restricted Open work permit.

If you are two years grad with diploma, based sa nababasa ko na experience ng iba, they are given equivalency to 1 year post secondary education in canada. But, you need your credentials to be assessed in ICAS or IQAS and other assessing institution except sa WES, kasi mataas standard ng WES. Thanks!
