I think since they work the late shift, they’ll have their lunch/dinner at work and then come home and eat a late dinner. That’s why usually when they shop at night, it’s empty at the store. I love eating at night all the time, any time of the day but it’s just so unhealthy. I’ll stuffed myself then just go to bed after that. I’m trying to do OMAD and don’t eat at night as often anymore.

I used to work the PM shift and coming home late eating at night make me gain alot of weight.
