I literally uploaded a video like 2 days ago talking about the fact that we need more Dofus content creators with different ideas and imagination, and then you come out of nowhere with this absolute piece of art. You sir, are a chad.
gracias por tu ayuda torrente, retomé el juego por unas vaciones de 1 mes que tuve y me divertí mucho, casi 10 años después de la última vez que entré a dofus, un saludo!
Here in France, where the studio Ankama come from, Dofus is an institution that everyone (but rly everyone) played when he was young. During the pandemic a lot of old players and nostalgic people came back to the game (I was part of it) and honestly it was awesome to be like the old days ; but yes the game is in decline and fewer and fewer of people play it even if its honestly an amazing game with ton of content. Anyway it's always fun to see that some people from other countries than France make videos on it, and if you didn't try it go try it with some friends (its better, or make some in-game). PS : I also recommend the serie "Wakfu" , from Ankama too, that I consider to be one of the best non-japan-anime-like serie with Avatar the last airbender
thank you for sharing! it must have been wild to grow up with dofus being omnipresent. I love avatar, I guess I really need to try watching Wakfu :o I've actually been pretty stoked to learn more about the universe
High quality, fully narrated, heavily edited, long form, English language content about Dofus? Was not on my bingo card for this year (or ever tbf) but I’ll gladly take it, great work!
Man that was hands down the best dofus video I've ever seen ! Being a long time player myself (more than 16.000 hours on this game) it was so satisfying to see you grind through every aspect of the game and discovering every bit of it. On top of that, your storytelling and expression skills are amazing! I even wish the video was longer haha! I would definitely love to see part 2 😎
I played 06-09. Came back in 17 and played on eratz retro but quit due to the lack of English speaking community. Came back recently on dofus touch since there's actually an English speaking community there.
This guy came after 2 years, and dropped one of the best MMO videos i have ever seen wow. I have never played dofus but enjoyed the 2h video like if it was my favorite game ever. Congrats man, wish you the best on your youtube journey.
I know every single inch of this game, yet still watched the 2h video straight. Wonderful movie for a wonderful game. 44k views are well deserved, I hope it can push your channel !
The video is SUPER HIGHT QUALITY - The lenght, story telling, explaination, video edit, humor ect... I could recommend the game "Wakfu" too, recently they opened new servers and they are many players :-p !
That is by far the best video on dofus that I have ever watched, loved every second of it, I hope you will continue it and prepare the rest of the video
very high quality and fun video! you also have a great taste in music (especially with the pokemon mystery dungeon music!) I've subscribed, I hope you keep making videos like these :)
What an amazing video. I hope you had fun producing it ! I certainly had fun watching it. I'd love to see your adventure further ! I hope your jokes and insights on the universe from an international standpoint. Let's go for Crimson and Turquoise next !
This was an incredible video - the real challenge in any MMO is finding a way to enjoy it the same way you enjoyed it when you first played it. I'd love to see a version of this through to 200 (in 2 years?) because I always run out of steam with Dofus at around level 120, once you've got the first couple of dofuses it feels like an inevitable grind.
Found this vid late, and it’s an absolute masterpiece ! I’ve known this game for 12 years yet I still watched it straight and enjoyed every second of it. Probably one of the best (if not the best) video on this game, we seized every feelings this game gives us with perfection, from frustration to satisfaction. You’ve gained a follower, I now look forward to a part 2 with this team :) (BTW: This game is hard to understand, you are a really fast learner)
I have watched a ton of ENG Dofus content in recent times as I am preparing to hopefully start my own team after not playing for over a decade. I have so many fond memories of playing Dofus in my childhood (Summon Osa and a Feca back in 1.26/1.27), and watching this made me fall in love with the game even more. This whole video was such an amazing journey and I really hope to see more content from you, especially continuing this team!
The beautiful thing about this game is that you can do all these things you showed or you can specialise in any of them, for example there are people that only like to do jobs, others who only like to power level other people, there are people who do only mage work, others who do braking for a living, droping, crafting, pvp with the kolizeum, buying and re selling and more
This cheered ne up on a sick day and brought back a lot of nostlagia and good memories! Thanks a lot for the immense efforts you put into transforming 200+ hours of play into a great and entenrtaining storyline :)
probably one of my favorite games of all time, more than 10k hours in all accounts combines, for the first time ever i see a spin on the content, kudos to you brother
This video made me very happy so Nostalgic I haven’t played in a long time but I’ll come back to it , please keep this series alive I loved it keep going!!
the perfect dofus video doesnt ex.... epic video man keep going! i used to play this game back in dofus 1.29 and 2.0 before 13-14 years when targets on pvp was up if someone here knows what is this :). your video almost made me cry good job :)
Love what you did, this is kind of a challenge for myself, I just made it to lvl 126 before. Now I have started to lvl 3 more characters to complete a team an keep leveling at least until 180. Would love to watch you doing it til 150 and then 200... but we know is hard xd
Really amazing video i just started playing dofus again (with 4 chars just like you) and its amazing to watch the Video and kind of play along really great work!
A small hello and big congratulations from france here :) I will repeat what several people have said and say this is by far the best dofus levelling video I have ever seen. The editing is perfect, the pace of the video made me forget it was 2h long and I watched it in one go. It was funny to watch, very detailed with every decision explained, all in all a very good time. I have around 22k hours in the game even though I haven't played in a bit and I rediscovered the joy of levelling up and completing achievements after many tries. This game is by no means the hardest one on the market, but it can be surprisingly difficult at times and it's one of the most complex and complete game I've played. I especially love the maging system (that you seem to also appreciate :p ) because it's so unique and allows su much liberty and optimisation with your gear. I spend hundreds of hours maging gear for clients or myself and it can be a frustrating but very rewarding process. I hope you continue your journey with this marvelous game that has so much to offer (for the people not familiar with Dofus reading this, the video barely scratched the surface of what the game offers, both in terms of content and challenge). Also the studio is currently working on a Unity version of the game that'll replace the current one and allow way more animations and better visuals
The recap of the journey right before the dark vlad fight at the end reminded me of Settled's osrs videos lol. Great video man probably one of the best Dofus vids there is
Dude what a cool Dofus video man. I'm a long time player and did so much on the game yet so little because the grind is legitimately infinite with this one. And you depicted exactly why i love about this game. I was sitting here looking at your video thinking "how many stories and legends were lived within the World of Twelve" this game is so special because it has is own unique way to create a bound betwin the player and their characters throughout the development and achievements you unlock (straight dopamine injection btw) that i never ever experienced again in any video game and I mean it. Call me a drama queen but if i were to lose one of my characters i would be heartbroken. They are a part of me yo. Anyway thank you for sharing your stories & legends with us, they were great and i'm sure you will live many more with those characters and i sure hope you will embark us once again on their journey by telling us the next tales. Love from France. ❤
I really would love more videos like this one, even on your adventure to 100 - 120 or even 150 and finally 200, the memes, audios and everything make this video really awesome. More to me, I start playing Dofus on 2006 and even i was playing Dofus while watching your video, xD i love it.
in wabbit island, you could save zaap, buy potions, and everytime u have to come back, just simply teleport to the zaap, and u ll save more than 50% of walking time, also u craft gear without checking the stats, which is very important, it s kinda fuunny and fun to watch you struggle go through those donjons, i understand where u r coming from as a beginner but seeing content that can be cleared within hours took you days, is kinda funny, but still love the video, keep it up. the hardest things will come at lvl 150~190 as solo new player, even with your team, i can tell u ll struggle later on
I wonder how many people who might have discovered this game through this video know just how deep the lore goes. Like... some The Elder Scrolls level lore is present in this MMO. Except teslore is all in english and has easily available wikis and resources. Btw thank you for making a video about this underrated game :)
Wow, I never thought you could do such a task on dofus starting from scratch. I always thought that for enjoying dofus you needed to be max level and have a decent set, but oh man this definitely proves me wrong. I played monoaccount though, which makes this almost unviable. The dofus quest lines are awesome, taking apart the tedious tasks. I was extremely happy after beating dark vlad for my first time, or exiting the minotaurs labyrinth. I loved the video, I can't add anymore to the praise that has already been given
This game is my favorite game of all time. I've been playing non-stop since 2004 and I have over 45 THOUSANDS HOURS on it. Still have stuff to do. Still enjoy the game. It's so underhyped and underrated... If it was made by an American studio, it would be WAYYY MORE POPULAR I'm sure... Great video :)
Great video! I dont know if you heard of it but later this year (arround december) there will be dofus unity which is basically a complete graphical engine with a tons of modifications, it would be dope if you continued your adventure on this new version.
I loved the video, and your positive tone throughout the entire experience, but some of the comedy, and the fact that this challenge was only possible because you were playing with four characters at the same time only highlights all the problems Dofus has, and many of the reasons why people like me have left.
This was such a nice video man. Bet you I’ll soon have way more 0’s after that 500 if you keep it that way. As a French in my 20’s Dofus is just something else. Your video brought up so many memories. Playing with friends, doing dungeons, farming for items, making money, getting scammed, etc… oh man, the good old days. Thanks dude.
I just re started playing Dofus a week and a half ago. Dofus was also a big part of my childhood and it's still a great game to this day. Above all that, I have to congratulate you for this video and your channel. I wasn't expecting that level of quality. Keep it up dude, I wish you all the best. Greetings from Brazil
I know Dofus for 20 years now. I had the best MMO experience ever in this game. Tbh, i do think multi-accounting did the game no good. The fun in an MMO is meeting new players and achieve goals together. With Multi-accounting it becomes a single player game, its way more efficient and way more rewarding. I am glad there are max 1 acc servers now. But the game is a totally different game for me now and hard to get back in to. It was really fun to see this video. Big nostalgia. Sometimes a bit too much talking and jokes for my style but thats probably because i am 32 now haha. This game deserves way more players. The concept is so original. Meby its to overwhelming for new players no clue. Anyway awesome video.
One can clearly tell that you put a lot of effort into it and I enjoyed your journey a lot.^^ The pacing, the editing, the script and language is/are digestibly presented. Content and Mechanics explained well enough to be able to get the gist of what you are doing in the game. Some "skits" were a bit lacklustre and/or questionable "phrased" for ambiguity's sake, but still functioning well within the structure of the overall story and gets more refined as you progress on your journey ;D So that's the only "downside" that comes to mind, but everything comes together so neatly that it's barely noticeable. My favourite part is when you realise that your set-rating mate is the true antagonist of the whole story and Dark Vlad is just the icing on the cake xP #NoticeMeSenpai xPPP Great viewing experience with nostalgia hitting right home... (you do know your target audience xD) PS. I do hope that your constant fighting with "yourself" and discrediting your own self-worth is more act than truth... IF NOT... pls get help ;P
Congrats, liked and subscribe because it's an amazing content French here i'm happy to see non french people try this game because it's a huge part of many of us in our teen years. Start in 2007 and i still have my account and play 2/3 month with my friend every now and then. For a tactical rpg it's one of the most difficult and fun one to play. The economics teach us the hard way when we were youngs how to make kamas, how to scam people etc 😂 Hoping for a part 2 and more recognition for your work
to specify, dofus in universe(go watch the anime if you want more info) are kinda of a rejuvenation stage for beings called eliAtropes, inside each egg it contains the wakfu(essentialy a life essence) of one of the first 6 eliatrope and their dragon brothers, which were leaders for the eliatrope society, these minor dofus are other minor eliatropes, when a eliatrope dies, their wakfu goes back to their dofus, when both the wakfu of the dragon and eliatrope are present, they start passively consuming wakfu from the ambient, other creatures can also give them wakfu to nurture the dofus, it takes a lot of wakfu for a dofus to hatch, but once its full in a matter of days they will be reborn.
Nowhere near top at all. WoW is the most popular MMO of all time by a very large margin. Back then you had stuff like GW2 and Runescape and Maplestory and probably heaps others which are all more well known than Dofus. Most people never heard of it
hey! I used dofus wiki for quests (just google quest name), or dofus pour les noobs (and then autotranslate to english). Other than that you can just loosely follow the order of quests and dungeons in the video
Wow wow wow! This is the coolest video I’ve seen about this game. The editing and story telling is top notch. I play Dofus Touch, do you plan to cover that game too?? New Server in 2024! I’d love to see new content you pump out. Thanks for this
Oh, hello there 🤚🏽 RUclips has been recommending this video for 3 days now. And I decided to watch today before the server maintenance, almost 40 minutes in and it’s been fun seeing the perspective from someone who played eons ago. Dofus is the game that warms the heart 💛 Cheers from 🤙🏽 🇧🇷 🤙🏽
i think dofus is a really underrated MMORPG. Sadly the developers only do marketing in france, so 90% of the community is french and sometimes it feels like they don´t care about the remaining 10% international players. Happily they launched Dofus 3.0 two days ago with a lot of usefull and new features. It looks like a lot players are returning now and since there are a lot of new servers, everyone is starting from the beginning. Feels like a new journey.
You just brought up so many memories man, i've spent a big part of my child/teenage hood on dofus i do not regret a single second of it, tons of memories from this game that just give me the biggest and most honest smile everytime I think about them, i've experienced the game at its peak of playerbase and nothing comes close to those days in terms of gaming for me, even tho the game changed a lot the video still gave me goosebumps, thank you for making this, I know it cost you a lot of time and dedication and I honestly respect it, you've earned yourself a sub on top of making the day of some random guy
thank you so much for taking your time to comment. I'm really glad youve had such a wonderful time with the game and am honored the video brought that up for you. Couldnt be happier than for feedback like this❤️
I don't know if you still going to see my comment, but I loved your content, Dofus is such an amazing game with so many funny ways for playing! Thanks for entertaining us. I hope one day you come back with the next goal or maybe a different series. Thank you so much !
Came.back after not touching this game for 7 years, precisely for the reason you mentioned about everything after a certain lvel barrier being way too expensive that and that my dumbass was treating the game like it was a speedrun to lvel 200, its way better doing it your way.... Tho being part of a guild helps too, at least helped me with my first character, now im making a sram and doing everything one step at the time
Oh my God! You know Defy, I'm huge fan of him, he's one of the best roublards player's. Nice video, keep posting,Dofus Unity is close to being released.
Congratulations! This was literally the best Dofus video I have ever seen, doing the 100 days concept on this game is a very good idea! Being myself a old Dofus player, I played this game for 15 years and consider it has the best MMORPG of all times. In France this game is an institution and we are proud of it nearly as much has we hate it but keep playing. What an amazing community even across the world. Hope for part two!
Man i can't express my happiness to see a non french youtuber to talk about this game. It's not perfect ( mainly because of the devs ) bjt it's an outstanding mmo. On the strategy, the economy, the people. People from all over the world. Give it a try. Here in france, it followed people from the very beggining of their childhood. Even people that doesn't game, parent's, non gamer, gamer, EVERYONE here allready heard about dofus. I started at 6 and i'm 27. Welcome in the world of the 12 y'all ❤️
If you're seeing this in december, check out my Dofus 3 streams! :D

I've literally been playing this game since 2004, with a decade or so hiatus in the middle. I love it!
thats just what makes dofus so special :')

Dofus could've been so massive, in my opinion, but Ankama never seemed to care about marketing their game outside of France.
it definitely didnt catch on as much internationally, but it is a very niche game
I really would love more videos like this one, even on your adventure to 100 - 120 or even 150 and finally 200, the memes, audios and everything make this video really awesome. More to me, I start playing Dofus on 2006 and even i was playing Dofus while watching your video, xD i love it.
:D thanks a ton!
Man i really love dofus. And this is probably best (or one of the best) dofus videos. Also i love there is Dofus retro version for nostalgia players
@@jakubpouchly965 thank u so much for the kind words❤️ i could never play dofus retro myself hahaha
in wabbit island, you could save zaap, buy potions, and everytime u have to come back, just simply teleport to the zaap, and u ll save more than 50% of walking time, also u craft gear without checking the stats, which is very important,
it s kinda fuunny and fun to watch you struggle go through those donjons, i understand where u r coming from as a beginner but seeing content that can be cleared within hours took you days, is kinda funny, but still love the video, keep it up. the hardest things will come at lvl 150~190 as solo new player, even with your team, i can tell u ll struggle later on
dw i did constantly die to quick travel back to wabbit island zaap^^
I wonder how many people who might have discovered this game through this video know just how deep the lore goes. Like... some The Elder Scrolls level lore is present in this MMO.
Except teslore is all in english and has easily available wikis and resources.
Btw thank you for making a video about this underrated game :)
wow since 2006 it's the first time I watch a dofus video in english 😂 the youtube algorythm did well this time, nice video !
happy it found its way to you! :D
Hello, I only play Dofus Retro but your video is perfect. =)
What an adventure !!
Vive Dofus :p
Wow, I never thought you could do such a task on dofus starting from scratch. I always thought that for enjoying dofus you needed to be max level and have a decent set, but oh man this definitely proves me wrong. I played monoaccount though, which makes this almost unviable.
The dofus quest lines are awesome, taking apart the tedious tasks. I was extremely happy after beating dark vlad for my first time, or exiting the minotaurs labyrinth.
I loved the video, I can't add anymore to the praise that has already been given
thanks for your kind words :) cool to hear your experience with the game
This game is my favorite game of all time. I've been playing non-stop since 2004 and I have over 45 THOUSANDS HOURS on it. Still have stuff to do. Still enjoy the game.
It's so underhyped and underrated... If it was made by an American studio, it would be WAYYY MORE POPULAR I'm sure...
Great video :)
daaamn thats some dedication, I love the game too! thanks for the kind words :)
Great video! I dont know if you heard of it but later this year (arround december) there will be dofus unity which is basically a complete graphical engine with a tons of modifications, it would be dope if you continued your adventure on this new version.
What will happen to the normal dofus by then?
@@rightcliquegod7653It will be the "normal" dofus, everything will be transfered to the new game and you will keep your progression.
of course i know!! im very excited for it :)
so, to speak about the wabbit island, there was a time where wabbit island was a purge because every single mob assaulted you.
I loved the video, and your positive tone throughout the entire experience, but some of the comedy, and the fact that this challenge was only possible because you were playing with four characters at the same time only highlights all the problems Dofus has, and many of the reasons why people like me have left.
the best dofus video i've seen do far. Would definitely be hyped about a sequel !
thank u so much!
omfg actually a really good video in english about dofus, i'm crying
play this game, its masterpiece
thanks a ton :D ❤️
This was such a nice video man. Bet you I’ll soon have way more 0’s after that 500 if you keep it that way.
As a French in my 20’s Dofus is just something else. Your video brought up so many memories.
Playing with friends, doing dungeons, farming for items, making money, getting scammed, etc… oh man, the good old days.
Thanks dude.
youre so welcome
What a fantastic video! Extremely enjoyable
thank you! im glad you liked it :)
wonderful production and storytelling!
thank u so much!
I just re started playing Dofus a week and a half ago. Dofus was also a big part of my childhood and it's still a great game to this day. Above all that, I have to congratulate you for this video and your channel. I wasn't expecting that level of quality. Keep it up dude, I wish you all the best. Greetings from Brazil
thank you so much! glad you enjoyed it :)
Anyway awesome video.
thanks a ton for sharing your experience :) im really happy you enjoyed my vid!❤️
I came back to finish this masterful video. Would love to see a continuation getting the Crimson and Emerald Dofus.
didn't play in years and many thing changed. great video. will check your other stuff
we need more of these , more people to show how great this game is
With the upcoming Unity upgrade, it might happen!
One can clearly tell that you put a lot of effort into it and I enjoyed your journey a lot.^^
The pacing, the editing, the script and language is/are digestibly presented. Content and Mechanics explained well enough to be able to get the gist of what you are doing in the game.
Some "skits" were a bit lacklustre and/or questionable "phrased" for ambiguity's sake, but still functioning well within the structure of the overall story and gets more refined as you progress on your journey ;D
So that's the only "downside" that comes to mind, but everything comes together so neatly that it's barely noticeable.
My favourite part is when you realise that your set-rating mate is the true antagonist of the whole story and Dark Vlad is just the icing on the cake xP
#NoticeMeSenpai xPPP
Great viewing experience with nostalgia hitting right home... (you do know your target audience xD)
PS. I do hope that your constant fighting with "yourself" and discrediting your own self-worth is more act than truth... IF NOT... pls get help ;P
Congrats, liked and subscribe because it's an amazing content
French here i'm happy to see non french people try this game because it's a huge part of many of us in our teen years. Start in 2007 and i still have my account and play 2/3 month with my friend every now and then.
For a tactical rpg it's one of the most difficult and fun one to play.
The economics teach us the hard way when we were youngs how to make kamas, how to scam people etc 😂
Hoping for a part 2 and more recognition for your work
thanks for sharing :) im very glad you enjoyed my video❤️
This video made me very happy so
Nostalgic I haven’t played in a long time but I’ll come back to it
to specify, dofus in universe(go watch the anime if you want more info) are kinda of a rejuvenation stage for beings called eliAtropes, inside each egg it contains the wakfu(essentialy a life essence) of one of the first 6 eliatrope and their dragon brothers, which were leaders for the eliatrope society, these minor dofus are other minor eliatropes, when a eliatrope dies, their wakfu goes back to their dofus, when both the wakfu of the dragon and eliatrope are present, they start passively consuming wakfu from the ambient, other creatures can also give them wakfu to nurture the dofus, it takes a lot of wakfu for a dofus to hatch, but once its full in a matter of days they will be reborn.
dofus was top mmo on the release of 2.0 so really famous tbh
Nowhere near top at all. WoW is the most popular MMO of all time by a very large margin. Back then you had stuff like GW2 and Runescape and Maplestory and probably heaps others which are all more well known than Dofus. Most people never heard of it
Can you share the guide you used for this challenge. Your movie was so good that I’m thinking of making a team and give this game another shot
Thanks for this
thanks a ton for the kind words :) currently no plans since very busy :/
Good job my fren, Dofus is a magic game. Painful, yet worth it in the long run!
totally, thank you!
fun video i like the storytelling !
Oh, hello there 🤚🏽
RUclips has been recommending this video for 3 days now. And I decided to watch today before the server maintenance, almost 40 minutes in and it’s been fun seeing the perspective from someone who played eons ago. Dofus is the game that warms the heart 💛
Cheers from 🤙🏽 🇧🇷 🤙🏽
lol I'm happy you like it! youtube has been pushing this video like crazy the past few days😅
Paused the video to comment at Chapter 4. Great video so far and loved the Mr Beast bits 😄
i think dofus is a really underrated MMORPG.
Couldnt be happier than for feedback like this❤️
Loved This Videos! Now you gotta make a video of 100-200 😝
o.o oh
I don't know if you still going to see my comment, but I loved your content, Dofus is such an amazing game with so many funny ways for playing!
Thanks for entertaining us. I hope one day you come back with the next goal or maybe a different series. Thank you so much !
thank you for watching❤️
nice video. If you liked dofus you should really try lv 200 on Wakfu the game who is a little harder but the quest are more creative
maybe ill try wakfu someday, not sure tho
great video.
worldwide this game isnt too famous but in france/belgium it's really well known and active
thanks!
after watching the video i'm motivited to make 4 new accounts and play the game again , great video
im happy to hear :D
Nice video! Really enjoyed it.
Road to level 200, when? :)
Came.back after not touching this game for 7 years, precisely for the reason you mentioned about everything after a certain lvel barrier being way too expensive that and that my dumbass was treating the game like it was a speedrun to lvel 200, its way better doing it your way.... Tho being part of a guild helps too, at least helped me with my first character, now im making a sram and doing everything one step at the time
hey awesome to hear!! thats true, guilds / friends ingame make the experience sooo much better
Your level 80 sets were great bro, just the 6 mp on the Panda I do really agree haha
Super cool content about our french video game :D thx bro !
youre welcome :D
insane video keep it up, waiting for the part 2.
glad you liked it :)
Awesome I watched the whole video very funny and entertaining ! Keep doing your stuff bro, peace!
thanks a ton!❤️
Oh my God! You know Defy, I'm huge fan of him, he's one of the best roublards player's. Nice video, keep posting,Dofus Unity is close to being released.
defy is a great dude! so happy he agreed to be in this video. thanks for the kind words!
Nice vid, good job !
thank you!
Hope for part two!
woww thanks a ton for your comment. thanks for the kind words, im ecstatic you liked it :)
Welcome in the world of the 12 y'all ❤️
Best video I have seen in a while, made so much fun!
thanks so much!❤️ I'm so glad you enjoyed it
This guy just made a movie, a great one btw !
wow very well made video :) keep up the great content man this game deserves all the love.
thank you so much! :)
