Curious about how alcohol is made? Here is a detailed description of the Bordeaux Distilling Co hybrid still: how it works and its multiple possibilities in terms of spirits distillation.
I present to you in this vlog how this 750L Carl still works, and how with this same hybrid tool we can produce craft spirits as diverse as gin, whiskey, rum, ... e.g. Pot still with several distillations, or in a single pass with the column, with or without the botanical basket, or even a mix of all these.
