Hi I did all your steps, but mine is a Ricoh Aficio 4000. The online layout is different. Would I enter admin info only under the Folder Authentication portion? Or do I have to put it also under SMTP authentication and LDAP authentication? I used to be able to scan and now I can't. Before I did your steps, it kept saying connection to PC is not working. Hope you can help.
I have problem with message showed in Scaner Monitor after scan: Authentication with the destination has failed. Check settings. To check the current status, Press [Comm. Status/Print]...and no file is showed in my scan folder shared.
many setting need to be checking. Have you turn on File & Printer sharing in network setting? Have you set your network as Private? have you make 2nd User Account (as i shown in the video) with password and as Administrator?
dekat PC: Printers & Scanners >Ricoh model> dekat printer setting, click Printer properties >click tab "Ports",, dekat column ports, cari tempat dia Tick,, dekat situ dia punya IP Address
check with your IT technichian if the setting is different.... after you enter web image monitor webpage, locate login button on top right corner,,, by default: username: admin ...... password: (just skip, let it blank)
windows 11 or 10 is quite crack head to get it right.... most common issue i found is when using windows bundled with laptop/ pc purchased... What i did is to clean install new windows ( clean format, not Restore,, Restore still not solving the issue)..

maybe LDAP since it stores all networks authentication access. SMTP only email communication...

kena check dekat mesin,, ip address dulu.. atau check dekat komputer,..
tuan punya ip address confirm tak sama dgn saya,,

I followed all the stpes, but still cannot

and also,, make sure to use static ip address and using Private Networks,, Public Networks mostly doesn't work with this kind of printer..
