Great vid. Just re-watched your spinning hook kick tutorial and noticed that the kicking leg needs to chamber when it rises. It completely revolutionized my hook kicks!

one of the most iconic kicks that you use in your montages. it's true that ina. fight it would be very hard to use, but the idea of drawing out the guard and kicking with the other leg is still legit

Tricking is something I've loved to get into for a while, but haven't had too much of a chance to begin training. Always enjoy watching your samplers\tutorials - as your breakdowns are always very clear - even if I know moves like these are way too advanced aha :P

Wow man you and Scott does these kicks like they're nothing, it's probably one of the reasons I got into Taekwondo. I had a grading before Christmas and my Instructor just told me yesterday I passed. I can't wait to go in tomorrow and receive my Red tag! I hope to get as flexible as possible and do great kicks like you (and get the black belt too hehe) Good stuff man, can't wait to see what you upload tomorrow!
