    This is why tutorials are important. Whenever i would read, “2a” i thought i was picking up 2 a beads at 1 time. Thank you for making this huge point clear to me. I was always frustrated that nothing ever came out right. You have saved me!

    I always enjoy watching your tutorials. You truly have a gift for all kinds of beading! One thing I'd like to suggest, if you do any other peyote stitch projects, is trying the Quick Start Peyote Stitch Cards. You can get them on Amazon. I've been doing peyote stitch for over a decade and when these cards came along I thought I'd died and gone to heaven!!! They make the beginning rows SO much easier! Just a thought...and maybe you can show them in a tutorial! All the best!

    • @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry

      Thank you so much Cindy🌸🌻😀I thought of using the Quick Start Cards but figured most people don't have them so the regular frustrating beginning would make the tutorial available to more people. Also, odd count using the card takes longer and is kind of confusing using the card. I'll do a separate video on using the card exclusively.

    Anyway, I am trying to do the empress ring with the bicones as well. I have tried three times, I got as far as two but screwed up the third bicone. Anyway you can make it easier for me. The count is different than the bracelet, and that's what's throwing me off. Probably because I am doing both at the same time. The ring fits three bicones in the front. I didn't keep track, so sorry. If you have a 7.6 gram tube then you're good for the background color. The Gold or pattern color would be much less. I'd get a 5 gram tube for that one. Thank you 🙏 I didn’t get a gram amount but I think for the background color 5 grams would be plenty. The trellis pattern would take less.

    Most patterns show direction of the beading. Either left or right . This is very confusing . Peyote stich patters are difficult! I love the bracelet so I will continue but please use the beading direction in the future!

    • @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry
      @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry  3 года назад

      This is not a written pattern so I thought it might be confusing. You can make rows 1&2 Left, Row 3 Right and so on. Because this is a demonstration I didn’t put the designation in as I am showing you on video.

    I think the color designation is opposite your tray. Tray says "a" is blue but during sewing you refer to hold "b" as the blue. I am confused
    I do a lot of peyote.

    • @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry
      @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry  3 года назад

      The color as I tell you in the video is correct. I didn't use the tabs on the tray so ignore that. Sorry if this was confusing.
