There is an error on row 7 - Correct sequence is 1a, 2b, 1a, 2b, 1a, 2c, 1a, 2c, 1a. I added a few extra bead to the words on the screen but I show it correctly and say it correctly.
I started my beading journey with high hopes, but I soon dropped the endeavor for various reasons. However, I still come to Bronzepony Beaded Jewelry just to watch. Of all the beaders I had subscribed to... this lady is the only one that keeps me coming back.
I just finished a peyote bracelet an hour ago! This is so my next project, going to my bead room to get supplies! So gorgeous!! Thanks Stephanie for another beautiful pattern!!
The cards are a great idea, however, years ago, I made a peyote strip, it is about 6 inches long and 4 rows deep, it stays with my “tools” I use it exactly the same way you use the card. It works great. Thank you for the great video as always, you are a great teacher!!!
@@BronzeponyBeadedJewelryis this Jill's video? ruclips.net/video/ZUNOPk-4xJQ/видео.html it isn't a crafted starter piece but a tip on beginning with brick stitch and than peyote, pls let me know about, dear Stephanie, tks and blessings ❤️💜
Wow! That card is like magic! Peyote is one of my favorite stitches but the first few rows are always a bit fiddly until you've stitched enough to hold on to. The card gives you a big chunk to grab at the very beginning! What a genius idea!
Thank you so much Stephanie I am awe struck by your diligence and thoughtfulness towards your audience..👏you take your time to edit, correct and repeats any mistakes or mention errors made. Wow! Gorgeous pattern! ❤️ You are so inspiring, Stephanie...You blow my mind with your creative talent, I only wish I could come up with a design like this! (lol) I'm not quiet that advanced yet...I will get there someday! 😂 Thanks for all you do!
Before I ever learned peyote I was scared of it because so many people talked about how much trouble it was. I finally took the plunge and found it’s easy! The first2 rows where not as easy as the rest but still...no problems. I would say if you want to learn to do it, start with delicas rather than seed beads.
Peyote can be daunting but once you get it, you never forget it 🌸These cards just make holding it easy. Doing it this way also kind of forces you to learn to read a bead chart 😆😂😆
The word chart is on the screen. The video can’t be changed to post the grid ( which I don’t have complete anyway) You can pause the video and write down the word chart if that would help 😀
@@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry Ok it must be me not reading it properly. Thanks for your reply's and your patience. Do you have an Etsy shop? This is where I purchase my patterns.
I don’t have the pattern for sale. Possibly in the future. If you need help, you can message a picture to Bronzepony Facebook page and I’ll see if I can help.
I knew these cards were available but thought they look daunting to learn. You have made it so clear that I think I will try them. It beats starting over umpteen times on the first two rows! Have you ever learned the odd count the Kelly Dale way? It is so simple and much easier to take out if you make a mistake but you have to have a very long tail thread to do it. It would not work with these cards either.
Thank you! The instructions look daunting but are really very easy and straightforward. Yes, I have tried using brick stitch- another terrific way to do this stitch🤩
Wonderful pattern Stephanie! Question, tho.... You always start out with your beads in the no-more-oops tray, but you apparently never work the pattern from that tray. At least, I never see it. Your beads, when in sight, are in piles to the side or above, on the big mat. Is there a reason why?
Thank you 🙏 Two reasons. One, there isn’t enough space to film the tray and my hands and two, the camera will try to focus on both my hands and the tray. When I’m not filming, I work from the tray 😃
The bracelet is beautiful! But do those cards last long? They just look like paper that would rip after a couple uses and they're really pricey. Do they last longer than they look like they would?
Thank you! The cards last a while. I've used one for several projects. They have a plastic core and smooth paper outside. I think they are totally worth it. You can make a peyote starter piece out of beads. Jill Wiseman has a tutorial. Check her YouTUbe channel.
You need to continue watching the video for row 21-44 as I say in the video.(you can skip to time stamp 41:37) Keep watching and rows 21 and on will show on the screen.

Haha I agree! I have tons of Delicas waiting to be used. The Quick Start Cards are so easy that I can't wait to use them again :)
So I'm having trouble with the Turn you recommended. Jill Weisman has a Tutorial showing Three different ways to do the turn. Very helpful.
