I purchased some today and chose the Rise brand that has 1g of sugar per serving since I’m working towards that summer body. Thank you for sharing this information I certainly learned a lot.

Nice choice Carline! I see they add Stevia to make it 1 gram - what do you think of the taste?

@@OswaldDigestiveClinic Thank. I like it. I’m not drinking it hoping for it to taste like juice anyways. It’s been years since I’ve removed soda and other sugary beverages from my diet. This brings me gut health which I need to avoid bloating.

Read my mind with this topic, I used to brew it until I heard it is too high in sugar. Never thought of using beets or cabbage fermented, this was a great tip! New subscriber👍

My starter didn't make a scoby after 10 days. No mold and it does have a vinegary smell. What should I do?

@@OswaldDigestiveClinic I am going to cry 😂😂😂😂 I don't want to waste my money. I put some in a bottle and a few hours later I heard sssssssss. I liked that sound. I did do something though. I added more tea and sugar. If I don't see anything soon, I will start over.

I was invited to a Kombucha taste testing and I am shocked that people like this drink. We tried a lot of flavors but just couldn't find one to enjoy. Interesting how different our taste palettes are!

LOL!! It really is! What was it about the kombucha that you didn't like? The vinegar taste, too sweet, etc?

If your kombucha contains too much sugar, buy a better brand. GT's has next to none but, lesser brands add a lot more.
