Lisa deserved more solo chart success! Of course in America I never heard of her but through RUclips I discovered her songs and her reality show Totally Scott-Lee. She has a good voice but chart success seemed elusive. I have her one solo album and it is not bad.
I googled the phrase ‘England’s national sweetheart’ and struggled to find any references to Lisa S-L. A figment of someone’s fertile imagination perhaps? Nice little tune though.
