That is Northeast Regional train 121, it runs frm NYP-DC, it was introduced in 2022 I think. They usually have that consist.

Yes. This section of the Northeast Corridor (Trenton - New York) is the densest / busiest part of the Northeast Corridor. So, the trains tend to be a tad longer here.
