I just found this video and watched it. I think the lady was a creative and thrifty woman. Her tools and supplies in the second house upstairs made me want to straighten it up . There was some beautiful mohair type yarn, the wooden yarn winder, then the rag balls...material that she cut/tore into strips and rolled into balls to make rag rugs. Some pieces of her loom were in the room. Also there was a handmade afghan against the wall. She also enjoyed the birds as there was a bird feeder outside a window in the first part of the video. I think it would have been interesting to have known her. May she rest in peace. Thank you AN for filming and sharing!
I think an abandoned house which is somewhat tidy and organized is creepier than the wrecks. I think this is because it appears like the owner went out one day with the idea they would return home not realizing they've just walked out the door for the last time. Another great video, thanks for sharing.
It's such a shame people have nothing better to do than ransack a place looking for shit to steal instead of leaving it like the owners left it. Looks like something off hoarders.

Great find! It looks like the place had been ransacked once. At least the walls are not spray painted with graffiti and smut like most are here in US. I wish people would leave these beautiful abandon places untouched =(

Oh I loved the quilting book! Some of the old furniture is really nice. Were those old wood heaters? The woman of this last house was a knitter. One of them canned as well. Wish you had gotten some pictures of her tools or a look at the quilters book. I did see one sweater I bet she made would loved to have seen it up close! Men just don't think of these thing LOL
+Cynthia Palmer am not sure what u mean, those wood stoves ? the women was handy, she made nice thing , in her bedroom you see telemark sweater and mittens , special Pattern, Comes from telemark skiing. I pointed out That in the video. ,
I can't watch these anymore . You can plainly see that someone's entire history is still there . I know that I will die one day but my hope would be that my possessions would be put to use . Not just abandoned as so much refuse . Fooey . Enough .

These people may have been perfectly happy when they went and their children were blessed enough to not go through their possessions, but to leave them exactly the way they were when the person passed. Like a child who moves away from home and the parents leave his room just like it was as a memory. :-D
Wonder what could be making these people abandon thier home so quickly and not ever coming back to them .. Something had to terrifie these people to make them leave and never return ⁉️
At some point I wander if someone found these dead bodies because you never find dead bodies. If they left on their own I wander if they thought they were not ever coming back.
