In meditation one can encounter all kinds of thoughts that try to hook us into engaging with them but we stay silent as the observer and let all the phenomena arise and then fade away as we stay still and silent. The outside world is just a continuation of this inner process. Anyone who wants to improve with their stillness and silence in the outer world would benefit from regular meditation as it provides a lot of practice. 🌟🌟
