This whole debate "is the fight on or off" CLEARLY shows that fighters safety isn't priority. MONEY is priority. Might sound obvious to some but it shouldn't be this way in a sport where you can die. In the past 5 years or so I witnessed Nick Blackwell and Eduard Gutknecht having brain bleeds after their fights and they never were the same. Maxim Dadashev died after his fight. Jeanette Zacarias Zapata collapsed in the ring and died. It's already dangerous enough and these CLOWNS are debating whether a PED cheat should be allowed to fight or not. This guy Conor Benn took performance enhancers which in boxing is equivalent to carrying a weapon into the ring. Disgusting!!
Why take an a and b sample when the fight gets stopped without testing the b. Could be that sample a is contaminated. B sample needs be testing before the fight is cancelled, it should be tested even before a report to the media is made.

Yes it is. There’s bigger things than Saturday nights entertainment. As Johnny Nelson said if this goes ahead, even if everyone comes out ok and it’s a great fight, it’ll still set the precedent on future drug cheats. Must be called off.

If this fight takes place this weekend, it will confirm what a lot of people think about Eddie Hearn. If he has known about this since August, what the f@$k has happened to the 'B' sample. If Eubank were to get seriously hurt, Hearn would be finished in the sport as would Ben. It should not go ahead.

We have two sides here...the ones that want the fight to go ahead for the excitement and thrill of the trilogy spanning 30 years, and those who understand the risks in boxing and that for the sake of the fighters it should not happen under the current circumstances. I believe the fight should be called off otherwise why bother testing fighters to begin with.

Speed up the test on the b sample which is the same specimen anyway and when it comes back with the same result because the b sample is the same as the a sample. Ban and heavy ban 3-5 years

People are missing some important points!!!...Everyone JUMPS to conclusions..First, they did not do another test with the same sample, which according to what I believe is what they do...why not?...Second this was a voluntary test and not the one that the British board of control uses, as those tests all came back negative. The question I have is WHY. Why did this show up in one test but not the other??..This is the question to be raised!.

I totally agree with everything Johnny Nelson says he is 100,% spot on.I am very surprised that this fight was ever made.I like every other boxing fan from a nostalgic point of view was looking forward to this fight but don't forget both the respective fighters fathers were both involved in fights where an opponent was seriously injured at their hands(Watson/McClellan) and the possible likely cause was dehydration.I can also understand Chris Eubank Sr concerns as he as already tragically lost one son.This fight cannot go ahead on Saturday night.

Even Eddie Hearn knew, there was no way this fight could go ahead. Money, is not enough compared to his own global reputation. There is NO WAY Hearn would allow fighter who fails a drug test to walk into an elite fight. He's not happy, but he is also not stupid. He'll talk big, but he is not stupid.
I want to see it badly but it just cannot happen. Conor and his team also shouldn't be in favor of it happening at this point in time, the backlash is just going to get even bigger with a win here. Props to Eubank for still wanting it but his team should take him off the fight as well.

Not sure why they have drugs tests. Especially on an exhibition like this. It should have been part of the handicap size wise that Benn was allowed to max up the juice. Even little fellers should be allowed as part of the heritage of the bout.
