As a fan of Daniela I appreciate her oppenness and her attitude. When things don't go to plan, you can be sad for a short time but you accept, you adapt and you move on. She already did smth historical being the most decorated triathlete when combining middle and long distance. I'm enjoying the sport because of her and discovering many more athletes because of her. So thank you Daniela!
The aging body. Eventually it catches up with all of us. A few other big names are in a similar spot. All the numbers are good bla bla bla but the flatness creeps in on race day and you're left scratching your head. Its a phase that deserves more attention than it gets. No one can be a winner all the time. All the years of pushing and pushing must be built off as you transition to something new. I'd like to hear how some of the top triathletes manage this.
A tough day at the office is when you are a 14 year old just having finished your swim set and then your late-20's coach wants sexual favours in the back of a van on the way home. What then possesses any other female, knowing that that is what their coach has been convicted of, to choose them as their long-term coach, unless they are somehow less than female?
Ryf just won 703 in rapperswil last weekend with AGentle on 2nd. She was sick in ibiza. When she is on- there is almost no one who can stop her. Still goat

Her humble approach to every sentence is amazing… 10x world champ and so down to earth… it’s really impressive!
The greatest triathlete ever, men, women combined, not even close
Nothing worse than stomach cramps. You could see she looked super bloated on the run 😢
I wish they'd stop slapping disc brakes on every tri bike. I really like the older felts
well said, in fact they should stop slapping disc brakes . . . ANYWHERE

Pretty much at careers end
Anne Haug is 4 years older and she won the race
Some ppl peak at different times, that's all I'm saying. Anne is peaking late
